The hotel was in a most delightful area of Brussels with wonderful restaurants chocolate shops all around the square. The hotel is elegant and clean with comfortable rooms.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our bed request and giving us a map and directions to point of interest. It was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel

This was my second time at this hotel. Definitely, the best choice for Brussels. Clean, good staff, close enough to the city center and shopping districts but yet not lost in chaos.
This is not about the hotel: But the guests with kids should be civil enough to make their kids jump up and down in the room after 22.30 (which also means the walls are a bit thin if you have a loud neighbour).

The hotel is sleek and modern with comfortable, good size rooms. Reception staff are polite and maybe more attuned to corporate needs than those of the independent traveler . One delightful exception was Kader, who moved heaven and earth to get a bottle of wine opened for us (the restaurant was closed) when the rest of the staff regretfully explained that it wasn’t possible and went back to their paperwork.
The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday and Monday with few other options in the neighborhood. It’s mostly a business hotel with a lovely but very expensive breakfast.
