The property is in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast in the lobby offered a great variety of options. Brussels Central train station is a short 10 minutes walk, to catch a train to visit Bruges and Ghent. We also arrived early and were aloud to check in early.

Two of us travelled to visit our friend who lives in Brussels (waterloo). We had stayed in Sablon before when visiting but in a private apartment so this time we decided to stay at a hotel. The NH collection is Sablon ticked all the boxes. The location is fantastic, located on the square in Sablon. The area of Sablon is great, in my opinion one of the best and safest areas of Brussels. The hotel was all you need, friendly staff, great location, nice rooms. The only things i cant comment on really is the bar and breakfast as we didnt utilise these. We didnt go to the bar as we had a bust weekend so didnt get time, however there is a bar on the square called Pop up Sablon which was supurb. We didnt book breakfast at the hotel simply because a stones throw away from the hotel is Wittamer which i think does the most amazing pain au chocolat, so both mornings we got a coffee and pain au chocolat from there and they have seats outside where you can watch the world go by. Not related to the hotel but we went and watched westerlo v Club Brugge which was laso fantastic. Ialways think that the hotel you stay in on any trip really does have an impact on the overall experience. This trip was amazing and the hotel helped make it that way. Possibly next time though i may have to refrain from sampling the complimentary sweet cart after an evening at westerlo and a few belgian lagers.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were welcoming and ensured our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Location is excellent. We booked several rooms and all of us were really impressed with the hotel.

The hotel amenities were very nice, clean and comfy. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The hotel is advertised as having a parking garage. In reality, it is very small and overbooked, also only smaller cars can fit in.

The location was excellent right on the square and the breakfast was good
We paid quite a lot for the room but I was disappointed with it. I asked for an upgrade and I was given a similar room. Staff said it was the biggest they had but there were suites on the fifth floor. Also I had a bad cough at breakfast and a staff member asked me in quite a rude voice “ if I was okay” and it made me feel very uncomfortable. We stayed over the new year and it was close to 300 a night, I won’t be back . Also they advertised a bar but it was permanently closed or unwelcoming during our stay. On New Year’s Eve night I asked the staff could I have a quick drink in the bar before going out but they said no as it was not open or something to that effect.
