Everything, the best hotel I have ever been. The stuff was exceptional, briliant. The sudden upgrade of the room at check in was amazing and pleasant surprise. The breakfast was also exceptional, never seen such a good breakfast display.

Location was good, it made it very easy to get to all the places of interest. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size for relaxing. The hotel had no restaurant, it had a breakfast area that doubled as a bar but felt like a converted breakfast room. So, there wasn’t much atmosphere and was probably the only disappointment.
as above, the fact that there wasn’t a great bar or restaurant.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed/room/shower. Location
Not enough lighting in room. Used bedside light plus my portable light to be able to read. Lamp by chair and window did not work.

I need shuttles and transportation, also the buffet needs more options and well made omelets and variety of fruits
