The room was very spacious with a big desk. All clean, and a coffee machine for early birds which was good. the breakfast had a huge variety. Overall, also well located.
It took me 20mins to check in (although I had checked in online). 4 members of staff had to check in ~8 people and I was after that. It could have been made a bit shorter.
Also starting breakfast at 7.00 may not be so comfortable for business travellers that start their day around 8. Starting at 6.30 would be better (and several other hotels in the area are starting at 6.30).

My check-in process was very smooth, even when I upgraded my room from single to double before arriving, and the response to my emails was very swift. The room is very clean and smells beautiful. Breakfast variety was more than perfect, Orange juice and bakery OMG : )
Nothing, everything was beautiful. The only thing is that the toilet flush got stuck several times, I was in room 2006.

Had to wait 15 minutes for my booking.c om order to appear in the hotel information system.
Bathroom : shower with rust stains.
Pastries and bread were no top at breakfast.

The hotel was very central and walkable to almost everywhere. The metro was right outside the door which was convenient.
The room was dirty. The headboard had scratches and rips all over it. The toilet had pee in it that sneered the whole room. The fixtures and telephone cords had dust all over it as if the room was not cleaned ina while or cleaned and not used in a while.

Very centrally located, spacious rooms with mini bar and coffee maker. Delicious generous breakfast, comfortable beds and linens, helpful staff, nice rooftop breakfast area with great views.
For the high price, rooms are very sparsely decorated, facilities falling apart around the edges, building interiors need renovation. Also, central location means there is constant noise from the street.

This is a wonderful hotel, but the best is the staff. I was always well welcome at the breakfast,everything is clean and the team help me with hard tasks, specially during the strike. I strong recomend it.
Nothing to say, is a well localized hote, very close to the city center and main attraction and depending your work or leisure, you have all that you need. The staff is wonderful and I always stay there.

Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and within walking distance of the Grand Place
I wish the restaurant had an a la carte option for breakfast instead just a large buffet. Our only other issue was that we (and the entire hotel) were without hot water one day. The problem was resolved by evening, but there was no compensation offered us for the inconvenience.
