Very central, metro exit by the door, good size room, comfortable bed, enough storage for clothes and luggage.
Honestly, calling it 4 star is a bit of a stretch. The bathroom is in dire need of a renovation, the shower was mouldy, the toilet seat old and with wear and tear signs, the water flusher only half worked. The room had a very small window leading into an inner yard of sorts, so there was almost no daylight coming in. I had upgraded my room to be more comfortable and instead got a probably lesser quality room for more money. I asked the front desk staff to change my room and they said they would try, when I came back late at night they told me it wasn't done but they could do it in the morning (I was already on my last night..). So the room could have been changed but it just wasn't done, I thought this was not very customer friendly in a 4 star establishment.
All in all pretty disappointed.

Nice facilities, good size bedroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast had variety. Quite central and by the metro station. Friendly staff. Late check out free for an extra hour on availability.
Bathroom door not closing, bath tub with no hot water, conditioner had water inside. Mentioned to the reception but nothing was done or a room change provided. Rooftop bar not open or any bar on the facilities available for a drink after dinner.

Comfort, cleanliness, and quiet are always what I look for in a hotel — and this one delivered. The location was also excellent. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite.

Very centrally located, on the main pedestrian district, but at the same time walking distance from the train station. Luxury and quiet, clean and cozy rooms, great mattress.

I liked the location and the fact that the room was spacious.
I didn't like the room and loft- breakfast temperature...in July we had to wear jacket! I also didn't like to ask for slippers and basic amenities while I paid a high price for the room.

Location, central. Beds comfy, rooms decent sizes.
Noisy at night, other guests and outside hotel. Curtains didn’t block out lights from shops outside, which flashed for 2 nights constantly.
