Wonderful
The room was spacious and clean, with all the required amenities, e.g., a comfy bed, a bath with towels, soap, etc., and excellent lighting. We had time to drink good-quality coffee from the in-room coffee machine.
The room was excellent and in a quiet area of the hotel. The reception staff were helpful and assisted whenever we called, including booking a taxi.

Poor
The location was convenient
Rooms are very outdated and many lights didn’t work. The place is run down and a pretty terrible value for what we paid. The staff was not helpful and did not communicate well at all about issues with our room.

Very Good
Central location yet very quiet. Staff was friendly.
Elevator was very slow. Sometimes we had to wait more than 5 min for an elevator.

Very Good
Great location. Fantastic breakfast on the top floor where they also have a rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff. I had an issue with the climate control and fridge and needed technical support at 11 pm. A very friendly technician appeared within minutes and fixed the problem.
Whilst the bedlinen and towels were clean, the room could have used a thorough ground cleaning (bottom of the bed, behind the desk, in some corners of the shower). At the moment of my stay, construction work was happening next to the hotel. A little noisy during the day.

Fair
just the position, and the staff is ok, nothing more i can like about this hotel, maybe the breakfast is ok
we are in one of the capital of design and there the room is very sad, like an hospital, I felt like I was there for a punishment. No sense in staying in a place like that. No atmosphere, nothing nice, just a bed and bad taste around. They should just renovate all or maybe sell it for half the price.

Wonderful
The Breakfasts were absolutely amazing, the best we had on our European vacation. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly.
The view from the bedroom window and the fact that we could not open the window.
