Location good Bell boy based in reception area.
Reception staff indifferent and unconcerned about 2 problems I brought to their attention. Breakfast staff threw away medication I erroneously left on the table. Went back 5 minutes later but nobody had seen it!! Room too hot.

Location - central to shops, bars, sites, restaurants. Some staff incredibly helpful
We stayed Thursday to Sunday. 4th-7th Dec 2025 . On the Friday evening my friend and I came home from a day trip to Brugge to find we had no electricity in the room specifically no lighting! Rang reception and was told there was no one was available to pop up and see what the issue was, they couldn’t move us as Hotel was fully booked and as she was on her own they couldn’t help us till the morning!!! So we were left all night with no lighting in our Hotel room. So trying to shower in tepid water and get changed for bed in the dark was dreadful. Woke up Saturday to not only no lights, but upon showering freezing cold water!! I spoke to reception again who said the whole hotel had no hot water!! They were getting maintenance to try to fix it, they were hoping to get it sorted by end of the day. So returning home that evening (Saturday) I tried to shower and the water was barely tepid. I spoke to reception again about it she assured us the water was warm to run it for a full 10 minutes to bring through hotter water, that didn't work it went cold. I was told there were no managers at the weekend, but they would pass on our complaints. Thankfully we did have electric back but only lukewarm water for Sunday!. Alarmingly whilst waiting to speak to reception another couple was checking in, the hotel failed to mention to them about the hot water issues! We were charged full price for our stay of 3 nights with no compensation so far!. As we checked out at a weekend and there were no Managers to speak with we were not given compensation so I am awaiting to hear back from the hotel but it really was a very poor stay for this chain of hotels.

Location good Breakfast nice When booking choose an internal room. It has windows but not above the nightclub which was noisy. Internal rooms would have been better.
NO HOT WATER! They had a problem and we lost hot water, not even tepid. For over 24 hours. No apology or information from reception and complete indifference. How could the hygiene in kitchen been good with no hot water in whole hotel? No letter in our rooms apologising and explaining what’s happening.
