It’s a great location for staying in Brussels. You can easily walk to the Grand Place, the train station, and everywhere else. The staff are very communicative. It has a spa. If I go back, I’d definitely stay here again.

The location was really great, near to everything and city center. The roof has a good view and we could be there for breakfast.
The hotel listed as 4 star but it was barely a 3 star! The room was small and not as expected, they showed me a room with a view in app but the room hasn't a window! Actually has but you couldn't open it and it was dirty! The breakfast menu is very limited specially warm ones! In total is not worth the money you pay!

Everything was perfect at the hotel. The only problem was with with booking.com. when booking the room, it clearly said that there was breakfast but I found out there that it wasn't included. Booking.com stop misleading your customers!

The only thing is the sound of refrigerator in the room. I unplugged it, other than that nothing.
