- Location is perfect. The hotel is at the center of Brussel, 3 minutes to Center Station

The location was of course very convenient, the staff incredibly nice, they didn’t mind when we asked for extra toiletries and the breakfast was amazing. There was a big flatscreen tv, the bathroom included a bath and shower as well and everything was very clean.
Not at all serious but we could hear toilet flushing through the walls, and the room was very warm and we didn’t manage to properly cool it without opening a window

Location! Staff were great. We only stayed 2 nights and it was really well located, 3 minutes walk to Grand Plaza, restaurants everywhere and central station right behind it

The Hotel is right in the heart of Brussels, being less than a five minute walk from the Brussels Centraal Station and from the Grande Place, being well situated for restaurants and especially when coming back late in the evening from day excursions for example to Bruges, Ghent and Leuven. The staff are helpful in giving advice on good but reasonably priced restaurants and buying tickets for the local transport. If you don’t want your room cleaned, you will receive a voucher for a free drink, which meant I didn’t have to buy any water during my entire nine day trip. I had a room at the back of the hotel and I experienced no internal or external noise. The hotel is well presented, being clean and comfortable and all appliances worked. I felt safe in the hotel and in the area around the hotel.
I chose to stay at the hotel for its location, but it does come with a price, that probably doesn’t reflect the room and facilities. I chose to have breakfast away from the hotel at half the price.

The location
I made an online check in as suggested by the hotel , I chose a specific room that is specifically not in the upper floor but when I arrived they gave me a room in the upper floor with much smaller window. So why do they ask us to check in online and choose the room if they do not respect the guest choice ?
Also I talked to the reception about a blocked bathtub and it was not repaired until I left ( although they said it was repaired )
