Close to trains station, central to shops, restaurants and bars, friendly reception team
Room had a missing curtain panel, a slanted tv, floor in need of repair, noise from outside people was annoying at times, came back at 3pm one day and room still not serviced

Unbeatable location, clean room, comfortable bed
The room and bathroom were looking a bit run down with chipped paint on the wardrobe, and all over the window by the bath. Overall it felt tired.

The location was great and the rooms also
The shower was not easy to adjus so it ended up spraying on the floor.

1. First Impressions are so important - we were greeted by a super lovely girl at reception who really made us so feel welcome. Thank you. Also the mints and water in reception after a Eurostar journey ...again thank you
2. The bedroom view over the square was amazing - felt like i was in a film. Room was spotless, bed so comfy, shower amazing, nothing you could fault in the room
3. Location, location, location.... you are a 2 min walk from Central Station, 2 mins the other way to all the historic centre. You couldn't ask for better
4. Breakfast... the super lovely girl had offered us complimentary breakfast....WOW.... you could have all the days meals in one... make sure you leave room for the freshly cooked bacon and omelette though. My husband loves his food and he was soooo happy!!
We only had 24 hours in Brussels at the end of a trip to Paris... next time i will stay at this hotel for longer
