Tye choice for this hotel was its location. Its real near to the grand place. The staff were helpful, the breakfast good.
The room needs some renovation, internet was unstable.

Special thanks to Maria and Anna at the reception who were so friendly and professional and provided information as well as speaking Spanish
Due to restaurants in the area and the room facing the piazza it was a bit noisy with delivery lorries

Excellent place to stay for a short visit to Brussels. Right in the city center and within 100 m of Brussel’s Central station. Breakfast was excellent and abundant.

Friendly and helpful staff
The room was very cold (I stayed in winter) and heating was not working. I called reception and the guy was helpful providing an extra blanket and an electric heater. The room is basic, not particularly comfortable

The location was excellent, my room had a balcony which was just great. The room had all the comfort.
The towels were worn out and the sink was partially clogged.
