The staff is friendly. La mayoría habla español. I was sick and they contacted a great doctor for me. They even granted me a late check out to wait for me to recover. I booked another night just to be sure but I did not need it so they refunded that extra night. Besides it is a great location next to Central Station, restaurants and cathedral etc

The staff were very helpful from suggestions about what to see in the area to getting us a doctor. The location is off a busy fun square and right next to the big market square. Easy and walkable to major site. Breakfast was very nice. The room itself was comparable to US hotels, not giant, but room to move around in with an extra chair and places to put 2 rollaboards. Bathroom was good sized. Refrigerator and AC. Really nice Green program to earn free drinks each day you don't have room service.
Shower is in the tub . The bottom of the tub is short so when you step out, you go down further to the floor than the tub bottom so keep you balance. Also it can be slippery so I would suggest a rubber mat or we just put an extra towel on the tub floor.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The beds were pretty comfortable and the in room espresso machine was great. We appreciated the noon checkout time as well.

The location is top.
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standards expected from a well-known four-star hotel chain.
When we entered the room, we found that both the shampoo and shower gel appeared to have been diluted with water. The room had clearly not been properly inspected before check-in, and we had to call reception before someone came to replace them.
One of the single beds was also visibly tilted toward one side, and the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on.
The most concerning issue was the breakfast buffet. There were many fruit flies around the fruit, and some of the melon and papaya tasted sour and appeared to be spoiled. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
I had always associated NH Hotels with a higher level of quality and service, so this experience was extremely disappointing and difficult to understand. Basic standards regarding room inspection, bed comfort, hygiene, and food quality were clearly not met.

I liked the voucher for a drink if I skip changing the towels.
Room is spacious.
Fridge and tea facilities were perfect.
Air conditioning was perfect.
When I requested for room clean, the cream was not replenished.
Preferred to have a shower and not a bath.
