Personal de atencion extraordinario. Las camas comidas , baños limpios y con buena presion de agua.
Necesita mantenimiento , hay areas muy sucias sobre todo en el balcon , sillones etc. el desayuno terriblemente malo.

The staff is friendly. La mayoría habla español. I was sick and they contacted a great doctor for me. They even granted me a late check out to wait for me to recover. I booked another night just to be sure but I did not need it so they refunded that extra night. Besides it is a great location next to Central Station, restaurants and cathedral etc

The location of the hotel is excellent. The beds were pretty comfortable and the in room espresso machine was great. We appreciated the noon checkout time as well.

The staff were very helpful from suggestions about what to see in the area to getting us a doctor. The location is off a busy fun square and right next to the big market square. Easy and walkable to major site. Breakfast was very nice. The room itself was comparable to US hotels, not giant, but room to move around in with an extra chair and places to put 2 rollaboards. Bathroom was good sized. Refrigerator and AC. Really nice Green program to earn free drinks each day you don't have room service.
Shower is in the tub . The bottom of the tub is short so when you step out, you go down further to the floor than the tub bottom so keep you balance. Also it can be slippery so I would suggest a rubber mat or we just put an extra towel on the tub floor.

Definitely NOT a 4 star.
Tub didn’t drain, could e been cleaner, bedding but no linens(?) and when requesting more were told there r no more pillowcases. Room for 4. Bed was fine, pull out couch was garbage-actually insulting

Sink in small bath barely had water coming out of the tap. Girl at reception desk said there was not a restaurant and bar even though the booking description said there was. Then later we saw the sign for such.

They have a green program to can earn drinks on. They were able to arrange a doctor visit after an injury. Centrally located to all the major sites.
No face cloths. Tub was low getting into, but a big step getting out with no grab bar. Shower bar was taped together instead of fixed properly. Would have liked a rubber mat due to slippery tub for shower.
Gathering place outside was a little noisy during world cup Belgium win, understandably, but we could hear some yelling and car honking.

Good hotel with extremely helpful staff, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, and a simple but adequate breakfast. It has the best location in Brussels for exploring the city center on foot, with all major attractions within walking distance.
Although the room was shown with a walk-in shower, there was instead a bathtub. The area was very noisy and the room has poor sound insulation, with traffic noise from the main road continuing even up to 3am. There was also a lack of general facilities, such as a small terrace or outdoor seating area for hotel guests.

Great location. Staff was very gracious and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were large and had a great view. Being on the sixth floor, the room was very quiet. Just a few minute's walk to the Grand Place. Restaurant and shops on the square where the hotel is located. Breakfast was very good with many selections of pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs and breads. The hotel is steps away from one entrance to the Brussels Centraal train station.
We have no complaints whatsoever with NH Brussels.

It took me 2 hours to find the hotel after leaving the Centrum Station on foot dragging a suit case. No one mentioned it was behind the Hilton.
