The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent, so close to central station which was close to Brussels airport. It was also located in the heart of brussels.
The noise level from the street below was so bad. it went on until 6am both Friday and Saturday. I had booked a standard room with view...it should say standard room with noise! yes they must party until 6am but this could have been prevented by proper sound proof windows. My son lives further down and once he closes his windows he can't hear anything.
I was wrecked leaving!
Note that the shower is in the bath, which is fine but it is quite a steep bath and people should be warned.
No real heart to it, just a small reception area.

Conveniently located close to train station and Hilton where I was attending a conference. The reception staff was very nice and accommodated my request to be moved to a room with AC right away.
Considering the cost per night, I would have expected a more premium quality facility. The reception to begin with was pretty run down and dated. The rooms also felt quite outdated. The door on my closet was broken i.e. permanently open and unable to close. The first room I was given had a floor fan and not built in AC. All to say that when paying more than 350 euro a night, it’s fair to expect everything to be in tip top shape and for AC to be up and running in all rooms.

The location certainly value for money as it located just 3-5 min walk from station and there is also taxi pick up point just outside the hotel. It also in the center where accessible to all food and shopping and historical interest.
The hotel upgraded to a room in the 6th story which should be consider very good, however we ordered twin bed but was given a big bed. We were light sleep person and a moment turning of 1 person will wake the other up.
