Good service; the bar is quiet but stays open late. Clean.
I arrived late and was given a room on the ground floor; it still felt a bit damp there. If you're arriving at night and the floor is important to you, please let us know in advance that you'd like a room on one of the upper floors. Also, there's no kettle, which is a bit of a hassle (you don't always feel like going to the bar)

I love the location, breakfast, ambiance, and staff. Bedroom was also clean. I love the shower. Heating was also easy to control.
The bed was made of two single beds so there is a gap in the middle. It was uncomfortable since I fall into the gap, so I had to cover it with the blanket.

The room was great, very comfortable bed. Not noisy at all, despite being on a tram line.
Two of the three elevators were out of commission, which made it a bit time consuming to get to/from the room.
