Location was fine, in the walking distance from the centre and from the Central.
Room clean and modern.
Breakfast was normal, nothing special. Missing warm menu for the breakfast.
Heating was not working in the room.
Room was very small.
I felt claustrophobic in the bathroom, the door was closing automatically all the time.

Great stay! The hotel has an excellent location. The room was small but very clean, tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. I especially loved the lobby bar — stylish, cozy, and a perfect place to relax. Overall, a great choice for a city break in Brussels.

The bed was very comfortable; the shower was excellent plus they are the first hotel I stayed in that got rid of the red stand- by light on the TV - for decades, this was my bugbear. Thank you. The lobby area/lounge is comfortable.
The location is good in one way as it is a little off the beaten track but yet close to walk to park and city centre. I think I might have preferred a few extra options for eating/dining. The road noise comes through the window a little. The TV channels were very boring/business orientated. A day time movie channel or vapid nonsense channel would be good for non high brow guests like me.

Excellent location near good restaurants and cafes, walking distance from Grote Markt. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looked super clean. I didn't try their breakfast but their cocktails were great and the bar is open 24 hours.

Great location, close to the old quarter, trams and train. Nice restaurants close to hotel.
I was disappointed the there was no bar fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No bottled water just 2 cups to fill from the bathroom tap.
Asked at the reception and told they don’t provide these. Nice to get up and have a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony before heading out, but all you’ve got is tap water.

Very small rooms, no proper space to keep and open 2 suitcase bags.
Ambulance and police Siren sounds late at the night, if the window is kept open. If closed, the room gets hot. The AC wasn’t working.

Room and shared area look exactly the same as in the photos. Staffs are very friendly. Location is also good.
One drawback of rooms facing towards the street - tram and car sounds are quite loud even the window is closed, and using earplugs doesn’t help that much. The tram sound only ends for approximately 3-5 hours in the evening… Breakfast was not that good as well, as options were quite limited.
