Very Good
We were initially disappointed with the room, it was smaller than expected, the view was overlooking building works next door, it was dark and uninviting. We asked for a different room and the staff were very accommodating and managed to find us a room that we were very happy with. The breakfast was very good - good quality, lots of choice and eat as much as you like. The room was clean and comfortable. We could relax in the lobby, which had a bar. Location was only a short walk from the main square/shops/cafes/restaurants/sights etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, A cab was ordered for us when we left.
Only a few English speaking TV channels and they were poor.

A very good hotel
The rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy. Also, Because of the way I made my reservation, I experienced a form of discrimination that I did not appreciate. ( If the hotel see this they can contact me for more details)

15 min walk to Grande Place, large bed, clean room.

Disappointing
Apart from the location not much.
The hotel was extremely crowded and uncomfortable - going to the breakfast & taking the elevator was a traumatizing experience.

Great location within walking distance of attractions and train station. Super friendly staff and a great open lobby with bar and plenty of places to sit relax and have a drink after a day out walking. Decor is fresh hip and clean.

Very friendly staff and it’s spotlessly clean
The hotel and rooms are completely overheated, it was so hot in my room I had to sleep with the window open in December and take my duvet out of its cover to just use the cover as a light blanket. I tried to turn the heat down but it made no difference. The room was stuffy. And very noisy, people talking in the hallway and a noisy street outside meant I barely slept at all in 3 nights. The mattress was too firm.

Lovely comfortable hotel..A Few minutes walk to the train station and the main shopping streets but also a quiet area..room was warm, bed was super comfortable..the hotel had a lovely foyer and bar area..would def return..
There was no kettle in the room but you could order tea and coffee from the bar
