I was pleased that I was able to get a gluten free breakfast. Staff were really helpful, getting me items that were safe from cross-contamination. The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Reception staff helped with local directions and sorted a taxi for our return trip to the Eurostar station
I wish European hotels provided a kettle and tea and coffee in their rooms. I don't want to traipse down to the bar at 3 am to get a hot drink

Location was good. Hotel had nice decor. We upgraded to a bigger room which was well worth it.
It does not have tea/coffee making facilities or telephone in the room.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff absolutely lovely. The location was perfect.
I think the only thing that lets his hotel down is the fact that there is no tea or coffee in the room and to go upstairs all the time to buy a coffee and carry it back-and-forth to your room is not very convenient. It seems to be a hotel more for alcohol and drinking

The carpet flooring in the rooms is a very unhygienic solution – it's scary to think how much dirt must be in it

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is not far from the main town. It just 5 mins walk to the city center. It was a great breakfast for me. I like the crossaints, choco crossaints and belgian waffles. The selection of the cereals, drinks and cold food was great. I indulge it a lot.
I dont like the receptionist with blond short hair today morning. She looks like a poker face. By faking a smile to me. Although I said I will give a good review to the hotel. It looks like she didnt bother her at all.

the lobby is spacious
For 200 euros, I got a tiny room without breakfast next to the tram line, which had loud trams running till midnight and starting at 5am in the morning. The cleaning ladies tried to bump twice into my room in the morning before I checked out, once when I was in the middle of a meeting and once when I was in the bathroom!
