The hotel was really nice. We really liked the bar area and outdoor seating. The rooms were modern and had everything we needed. The location was good too - about 10 minutes from the train station. It was also good value for money.
The rooms are slightly on the smaller side so it was fine for a 1 night stay but might feel cramped for a longer stay.

The room was clean and a good size, much better than I would expect from a two-star. Despite having a large street right outside the window, it was calm and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, clean and well equipped with a hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was great, with a large enough variety for me and my girlfriend who's vegetarian.
Not much to criticize, except the lack of a kettle in the room, for those among you who need a lot of coffee or tea. The location is ok, a nice and safe neighborhood from what I could tell, but not the most central.

Excellent value for money. Location is within a 15 minute walk of everything we wanted to see. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed. Guests can opt in or out of daily cleaning. Wide choice for breakfast.
The only thing missing for me was tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. I appreciate this is to reduce cleaning and costs but it’s something that makes a positive difference for me.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff member who checked us in was so lovely and friendly. I gave us a lovely introduction to Brussels. He gave us a bigger room and that really helped us with our large luggage at the time.
Would like to have had hire bicycles available like some other properties in the chain.

Lovely air conditioning throughout. Bar and reception area was very welcoming. Location was excellent.

My first stay in Motel One network, followed by a next one in Antwerps. Since that moment, wherever there is a Motel One in the city, I will go there! Absolutly unbeatable price/comfort/service ratio. Pure architecture, modern and functional design, vivid loby atmosphere, quite rooms, central location, ... whatever you expect from a hotel for a short term stay, you get it. Needless to mention clean & tidy room & bath, proffessional staff, ....
