Very Good
The location is excellent. A nice easy 15 minute walk into the city with some excellent views on the way, there is bus and metro stops within a couple minutes of the hotel so easy and convenient.
Hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
It’s a shame the room only had 1 bin which was the bin in the bathroom especially when you’re trying to keep the waste separate.
The TV doesn’t allow iPhone users to screen share, only android which is less than ideal and doesn’t allow you to stream while watching.

Complimentary drinks for our anniversary. Amazing location, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Close to brussel central. Really nice staff. Comfortable beds and shower

The hotel vibes, the air conditioner was good, employees very nice. The pillows and shower were good. We had a room facing the garden and it was quiet in the evenings.
There was no shampoo and conditioner, only body-head wash. The bed was a bit hard for my partner but for me it was OK. No coffee maker or fridge in the room.

Room was clean and comfortable - great showers as well. Good location, not far from the city centre and main attractions.
No negatives really, although worth noting the hotel is on an incline from the city centre so uphill walking is required to get back

Hotel was cosy and comfortable. About 15mins walk into the centre.
Reception staff was great and very helpful.
Our keys didn't work on the back door of hotel when trying to get in, was a bit of a pain at night.

Everything. I can’t find anything to fault, great value for money, great hotel and I had the best night’s sleep.
Honestly nothing….maybe a few more toiletries in the bathroom but I’m splitting hairs, it’s really a great place to stay
