Good location, comfortable bed, clean room, nice public areas. No noise from adjacent rooms. Great café across the street.
The a/c was adequate but I would have liked it colder. I asked about it and they gave me suggestions which helped but didn't really make a lot of difference.
There is no in-room coffee, a big no-no for me. I was able to get coffee early in the morning but had to go down to the bar and pay extra.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I checked in until my departure, every detail was flawlessly executed. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room layout was brilliantly designed. I was particularly captivated by the aesthetic—the gorgeous color palette of the decor, the chic bar, and even the stylish staff uniforms created such a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. A special shoutout to their luxurious organic hair and body wash; it was so phenomenal that I had to purchase some to take home! Funnily enough, Belgium was a spontaneous, last-minute addition to my travel itinerary, but this magnificent hotel elevated my entire trip to another level. Thank you to the wonderful team for an unforgettable experience!"

Very Good
Great hotel and helpful staff. Once we figured out our bearings, it was easy to get to from the heart of all the touristy places. The outdoor garden in the evening provided a great relaxing atmosphere. Cute little coffee shops and eating spots in the neighborhood.
Beware of construction,it made directions from the train station a little more complicated than they should have been.

Nice rooms and lobby area. Room was quiet. Location was pretty good
Said it had air conditioning and it really didn’t seem to get very cool even adjusting the temperature. No shower door and I prefer that since it is less drafty when you can close the door to the shower.

The breakfast was fantastic and well worth the price. The staff bent over backwards to help us with hot water for tea and a taxi. They were all fantastic!
The room was a little smaller than we were used to but really met our needs.

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The location was convenient, the furniture looked modern and attractive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
Although the furniture looked modern and attractive, I was shocked to find bed bugs on the first night of my stay. I first noticed one on the wall, and after checking more carefully, I found several others on the wall and on the bed, which is completely unacceptable.
I immediately informed the reception staff, and they moved me to another room without delay and the second room was ok. However, I expected someone from the management to at least apologize or explain what had happened. Unfortunately, no one followed up with us or showed any concern, as if this were a normal situation.
The bed bug incident made me anxious throughout my stay, as I was constantly worried if any insects entered my luggage.

Very clean rooms and hotel in general was quite clean. The hotel was much bigger than I expected. Staff was alright, they could be a bit more friendly and helpful
No amenities in the room, we had to ask for whatever we need each time. The iron and ironing board too we had to go down to the reception and bring it ourselves. The location is alright.

The location was the best for us. It was close enough to the interesting places and yet distant enough from the crowds or noise from the touristy areas. The room though was on the smaller side but nice and clean. Breakfast was ok and had a nice variety. Liked the lobby as well.
Staying at the top 7th floor, we felt that air conditioning was not sufficient to cool down the room during the day.

The location is in a safe area in Brussels, while accessible by train.
Breakfast was ok, but it wasn't worth the money. It was good that it served pretty early you can make it to your business meetings.
Due to some restrictions, I requested about 30 min of late checkout, and the front desk agent refused very badly. But in the end, I checked out a bit later (about 20 min), and the other person accepted it very well! So I was confused about the "policy and situation".
Towels were really non-soft.
I wish there was a kettle or a coffee maker in the rooms.

Very easy check in. Nice courtyard to be outside and do some work. Very nice bar. Room was small but decent.
The bathroom drain had a weird smell. Something with the plumbing but the facilities worked great.
