Excellent breakfast, huge variety of food, and really good coffee. Perfect location, within walking distance of city centre and Gare central, bus and metro service nearby. Very friendly and efficient staff, especially Elena at reception who was especially helpful.
The guys would’ve liked draft beer!

Had to leave after one night due to my dust mite allergy. Never had such a response during a hotel stay. The hotel was not very responsive to the situation and did not reimburse me for cancelling my second night and breakfast. They just referred to their cleaning routines and did not consider that dust mite is not (only) about cleaning. I think their bedding should either be renewed and/or cleaned at a higher temperature.

Nothing at all, if you stay you won't be disappointed. Just one negative there's no kettle in the room.

The mattress, pillows, bed linen and shower, they were great! Very comfortable and super clean.
The reception was always busy, always a queue. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check out. The hotel does not offer a single glass of water as courtesy at your room. Even when I stay in simple hotels, there is always a glass or a bottle of water to welcome you and here it was zero. The location is good in case you want to go to the Botanical garden or to the Magritte museum, but quite a long walk if your destination is Grand Place. The hotel is not bad but not cosy at all.
