I highly recommend this hotel; the staff was friendly, and the interiors are trendy, clean, and very well made. The bed and cushions were very comfortable. All amenities were included, even in a tiny space. I really enjoyed my stay.
The heating AC in the room didn't give any heat, but I think this is centrally controlled by the hotel during the wintertime. I wished I could heat the room a little more.

The rooms are designed well but the first room we stayed in was a bit too small. We stayed two nights and had a larger room the second stay.
The area of the hotel is very dirty and unkempt. The property is fine but the area is undesirable.

The location was great and the room was clean with a sustainable sort of vibe. However the street it's on can be a bit boisterous however it is central.
The bed we had was located against the wall which made it difficult for two tall adults to get in and out of the bed easy.

The hotel’s location is excellent, the room is tidy, and the furniture is practical and well-suited to the space. The bathroom is a bit small, but it serves its purpose for a short stay in Brussels. The service is excellent and the Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was great, especially Lucas! It is very modern and environmentally conscious, which I really appreciated.
The room was uncomfortably small. They made a lot out of how functional it was, but it lacked any surface to put a suitcase top which makes one’s stay awkward.
