Wonderful
We really enjoyed our thoughtfully furnished room with its sustainable furniture. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were also of very high quality. Check-in was easy and available around the clock. The location was great too — just a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Place.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to open the windows.

The only one thing I didn't like was lack of counter space by the sink which made applying makeup a bit tricky.

Great location for access to city centre and transport hubs. Room was really well set out and very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and most helpful. High standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Very little to criticise. Perhaps a breakout area or bigger lobby would be helpful. Otherwise very much satisfied with the hotel.

Lovely modern hotel in the heart of Brussels. Walkable distance to many attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities.
Bed was a bit too hard for me, and sloped to the middle. QR code for ordering food didnt work
