The staff was great, especially Lucas! It is very modern and environmentally conscious, which I really appreciated.
The room was uncomfortably small. They made a lot out of how functional it was, but it lacked any surface to put a suitcase top which makes one’s stay awkward.

Great staff, so warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean with an emphasis on sustainability. Location pretty much walking distance to most central attractions. Good breakfast options

Wonderful staff: Gave me a free upgrade as they saw I’m staying for 6 nights. After a delay getting from Amsterdam to Belgium, this is a welcomed surprise! They’re the same crew who have welcomed me during breakfast, the professionalism is top notch! Breakfast: good selection of healthy breakfast meals! Commitment to sustainability: rooms are nice and during my stay, I had understood very well their commitment to sustainability. The materials in the room are all from sustainable materials and I see a major effort to minimize use of plastic.

Fantastic! They did an amazing job all around. The best part was that all of the staff was so very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and well thought out. The shower was fantastic and one of the best we have encountered in Europe. We loved the U Cafe too. Definitely recommended. Oh, and it’s close to everything too.

The mattress was not that comfortable I think they have to pay attention to this and check mattresses from time to time. AC also need some maintenance I trust.it was cooling but not much -even though I was putting it on 19
