Loved the room!! 15 mim walk to the Grand place, plenty of restaurants/supermarkets on the way. Metro 2 min walk, at central station in 15-20 min.

Beautiful hotel with a design that's not just focused on sustainability, but looks stylish while doing it. You will have a small book in your room that shows the decisionmaking for every piece of furniture in the hotel - from the toilet to the sheet covers and floors, that shows where the material is sourced and the ecological benefit. The staff was very nice and attentive, the room was clean and sufficiently big for our stay. It's just a short walking distance from Brussels Noord, basically right in the middle between the train station and the city centre. Every room has a TV thats very easy to pair with your smartphone to stream your content on a cosy day. Rooms have Air Conditioning. The bed was heavenly to sleep in.
Sadly the window could not be opened for air at night, however you do have Air Conditioning that does a good job.

we booked through booking.com and it has mentioned as 4 star hotel, the facilities even not matching with 2stars hotel.
Breakfast was very bad, 4 star hotel should have at least a lobby with reception and good restaurant

Really enjoyed my stay here. The self check-in was very easy, the room was comfortable and the staff were really friendly. I also liked the small bar area downstairs, which had a nice atmosphere.
