Very Good
The hotel was very clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Offering filtered drinking water for guests was also a very thoughtful and welcome touch.
I chose this hotel for a business trip because it was described as "central" in previous reviews and seemed close to my meeting locations. However, I wouldn't say it is conveniently located near Midi-Zuid, Central Station, or top attractions. I tried various transport and transit routes (and usually prefer walking), but the location turned out to be less accessible than expected.

Nothing
This is one if the worst experiences of my life, first of all the location of the hotel is in the worst area possible lots of homeless people and alot of shady people downstairs, the room was fine I found 3 insects crawling in the bed, also the bathroom smelled bad the whole time and they didn’t even take out the garbage the enite 3 nights! Worst experience ever

Wonderful
The hotel is nice and rooms were clean. Comfortable bed, room was not too small nor too spacious. Its enough for two people. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great, close to the train station and bus stop, with lot of options for restaurants and cafes. Most of Brussels landmarks like grand place are walking distance. The hotel breakfast was decent to grab a quick bite. A late checkout is possible with an additional charge. We didn't face any problems during our stay.
The bathroom is a bit small. Basic toiletries like toothpaste were not there and the body wash and shampoo bottle dispensers didn't work well. No other problems.

Great little hotel! Fantastic staff, and close to the one little shopping street. I was only there for 1 night, and it was perfect.

Wonderful
The staff were wonderful throughout my stay, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were very cooperative in adjusting my request for a late check-in due to altered travel plans. The location was ideal - within easy reach of the event venue, with the Rogier metro and tram station just a couple of minutes' walk away and fast food eateries nearby. The hotel also offered room service at a nominal price. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and as someone traveling solo for the first time, I genuinely felt safe and at ease the whole time.
Honestly, there's very little to fault. The breakfast spread, while tasty, could have offered a bit more variety - but that's a minor nitpick rather than a real complaint.

Wonderful
It's in a great location, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the decor was stylish . I was there for one night only but it was overall lovely. I slept well and the staff was friendly.
There was no real space for clothes. The hangers were above the kettle/tea/coffee area so if you use the hangers, you can't make tea. I didn't use the kettle but if I had stayed more days, it would have been uncomfortable. Maybe add hooks behind the door instead. A luggage stool would be useful too as I had to use the window ledge to place my stuff, which looked messy.
The way the bathroom door opens makes it hard to use the bathmat. A folding door would work better as it's a small space.
You can't open the windows. They use an air renewal system which is nice but I'm a window opener type person. So it wasn't an issue, just my preference.
They lack vegan options for breakfast so I ate somewhere else. It would be great to add avocado on toast, a vegan cooked breakfast, peanut butter, etc.
