everything. had been here before for a wedding. we had to meet with friends and offered them to stay at this hotel as well. you park the car and don't need it until you leave. bar, restaurant, lounge, walk around the lake. you get it all.

The staff was excellent; the two rooms were spacious and very clean, they did not have carpet (which is a plus), and they were next to one another, as I requested. They offered to pack our breakfast as we had to leave early. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
We liked everything. We were sorry that we did not have time to enjoy the spa or to see the apiary!

Very nice location next to the lake. Genval city center and train station in 10 minutes walk. Very good breakfast. Facilities are good, room furniture is a bit used, not critical. Restaurant is fine, 8 of 10. Spa area is small but it was not crowded at all. Massage was perfect!

Location was near where needed
I got in late so kitchen was closed. They offered pre made meals from 22-24 hr which I ordered. The pasta dish was microwaved so long the top half the dish was dry and hard (inedible). If the quality was going to be so bad I would have preferred they offer nothing. I paid $29 euro and barely was able to eat half the meal.

This is obviously a very well managed hotel. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly, helpful and motivated. I would like to recognize the man that checked me in ( unfortunately I don’t have his name) he went out of his way to start my visit with everything I needed including a protected parking place for German sports car. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast varied and plentiful, the location directly on the lake peaceful.
The only negative I experienced, and I take responsibility for this, was the restaurant was fully booked when I arrived. I thought because my stay was in a Sunday in late March that I would have no trouble getting a table. However the man that checked me in recommended a restaurant 100m away and made a reservation me.

Being told to park the other side of the lake due to no parking spaces for hotel residents (we are in our 80's). On complaining, we were told we should have returned earlier - it was 19h.

On Saturday we were given a small and a big tower when we went to sauna and swimming pool. On Sunday we were given only one small towel for both sauna and swimming pool. When I asked why they said one was enough and refuse to give a big towel.
It is customary to have a small towel for sauna and a big towel for the swimming pool.
The door of the bathroom cracked a lot. The noise was so bad that woke my partner when I went to the toilet. We reported it to the reception but nothing was done.
It is customary in a 5-star hotel to have handyman to do
