Despite their mentioning the availability of parking, the parking was full. We had to park outside and pay almost 5 euros an hour. High fees for a small pet.

24hr reception, foosball table in the lobby, spacious room, modern feel, room had a safe, good views, window you could open, big TV, friendly staff, quiet safe area right next to European Commission, short walk to the parc cinquantaire. Bus and metro stops nearby.
The mattress was on the softer side, and I think the TV wasnt smart.

The location was perfect.. easy to reach.
The Air conditioning was not working. When we contacted the staff for help, they confirmed the same and asked us to sleep with windows open. A really uncomfortable situation.

Room had interconnecting door so meant sound proofing was very poor, I could here everything from the neighbouring room. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect.

The communal areas were clean and modern, and the restaurant was great. I was very disappointed by the room however, which was dated and shabby, making it appear dirty even though it wasn’t. Complete contrast to communal areas. Had booked a room with a spa bath and spa function didn’t work, door handles had fallen off and bin lin was broken - not major but little details that when combined gave the impression the place was not cared for. That said, the staff was lovely and super helpful, but wouldn’t stay here again on account of the rooms themselves.
