Attentive staff and a nice looking lobby area. Great location for my needs.
The room was a bit outdated and dark. The USB sockets were not working very well and instead of a double bed I got two single beds but these are rather small issues.

The hotel is well located near EU institutions, the staff was very courteous and as I arrived in Brussels in the morning, my room was made available before check-in hours. The room was very comfortable and the street is quiet. I recommend this hotel and will come back.

Near to transportation.
The room was with pitched roof and the curtains was in the way to get to one of the beds, had to move the curtain to the other side and hang it over the curtain rod to get to the bed. Couldn't se out of a window due to condensation. Only one of two of the used teacups var exchanged at cleaning. No new teabags were refilled at cleaning, had to ask for new teabags from reception.

The room was too small for two people, we had a lot of lugagge and had difficulties to find place for putting all of these things somewhere. The available space would be enough for one person but not two. Our room was on top floor, under the roof, so maybe there was less space because of that too.
A bit too expensive given the room size, but you're paying for the location basically.
Also the water pressure in the shower was too low, not so convenient when washing long hair.
