Everything was great! We use this hotel when we visit Brussels for work, and genuinely love it. Comfortable, efficient and walkable distance to the Council.
You have to book to use the gym, and usually this doesn't work well for me because I don't have a fixed time schedule at work. Also, there's no AC in the gym, and maybe it could be considered to include more machines - even a row/ski, they don't take up much space but can make a huge difference.

The AC is central and you cannot tune it. The coldest it goes is around 25C. It has a spinny wheel that you spin to lower the temp. I put mine on 5C and it was far from that. There was actually no difference if you had the temperature at 25C or 5C. I booked this hotel JUST for the AC because of the canicule so I expected more

It was ok, staff was friendly depending on person
This gym had broken layout, the sauna had a very, very weird layout. It was on the top floor of a very old building, it wasn't turned on and needed about one hour to even get to 80°C. So had to wait a long time, just generally the gym was extremely small and only there so they can claim they have a gym. Not an actual real functional gym. It's better to just not have those facilities at all and make it a rooftop bar or so instead or convert the whole area into a spa and not have any gym. Because that "gym" was not really appealing at all
