Location, bed
The sole reason to stay here is proximity to the EU buildings. Beyond the location, the hotel fails to justify its high nightly rate. The room felt tired and plain with worn-down furniture, basic amenities, and obvious signs of overuse. If this property were anywhere else, it would be considered a mediocre budget hotel at best. Until management invests in renovations and upgrades, it is hard to recommend unless location is your only priority.

Could not log in to the wifi, check in was painfully slow, you could hear all the noise from neighbour’s room and meant I had a horrible sleep. Very poor and no value for money at apl.

Polite staff, good price, excellent location, quiet at night. Good choice of tv channels.
The bathroom is outdated. Room furniture is also ageing. The bathtube is high, it is not convenient for elderly. Breakfast choice should be better.

I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who welcomed me so kindly, but I would like to thank him for his excellent customer service. After a long early-morning journey, I really appreciated the early check-in around 11 am and the care he took to make sure I was settled in comfortably. It was a wonderful welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
