The room was pretty decent and in a good location.
The reception staff at Renaissance hotel were extremely rude at checkout. Extremely poor communication and the hotel was not responding through booking.com messages. A hold of Euro 250 was placed on the CC and was there for a month. I kept messaging the hotel as to why they are keeping a hold for so long as my bank told me to check with the hotel and the hotel claimed otherwise. First time I faced this issue.
The receptionist at checkout also was very rude. The ticket for parking was also not validated properly and I had to leave the car and come back out to her to ask for assistance as no one was answering the call button from the parking.

Wonderful
Ideally situated. To be able to use the facilities of the Renaissance hotel is great as they have a great gym and sauna.
I was charged twice, by booking.com as well as the hotel despite me raising concerns about this during my stay. It was rectified later but was a stress for me.

The elevator was crashing every few days, old furniture I was in this hotel 12 years back and still same furniture, for car parking you have to pay every day you have to scan and go to reception to pay

The location, swimming pool, and surrounding area are perfect. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Although all amenities and facilities were available, the details of the finish were severely lacking. The apartment’s interior reflects a style from the 1980s and feels significantly outdated, except for the bathroom area.

the location, very quiet
charging my credit card without authorization! while some staff were nice, there were staff who were cold, stern, doesnt smile and not friendly at all. Particularly, the staff in the pool reception (person of color), was so rude.
Also, we stayed Christmas season and on dec 25, no christmas greetings from staff or the hotel.

Nice apartment close to the city center, major train stations and the metro. The facilities are good. The beds are comfortable, including the folding sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom work well. The apartment was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a quiet location, for a good night's sleep.
I would add a shower curtain and more lights. The room was a bit dark at night.

Nothing.
I paid for one night 280 eu, in booking wasn’t write that the pool is in on other building. I was whit little baby and the and I choose hotel whit pool for him. When I go whit baby to pool they said to me that I need to bring a towel, never in my life nobody ask me to take towels whit me from room. So I asked her towels, she said go to resepstion and ask thems towels. I said no I pay money this is your job. She said okey. Then we go swimming and after swimming towels wasn’t here, we was cold whit baby and waiting towels.
Another thing is that when we come nobody ask us or we want breakfast, didint tell information about swimming pool. When I want to pay cash they didn’t accept .The lady in reception Was very not profesional.
