The location was excellent. Staff were very helpful in moving our room due to a horrible sewage smell in it. Breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable rooms nicely decorated, very nice breakfast and the staff at breakfast is just so nice and efficient. Reception staff was super efficient. Fabulous location literally next to the pedestrian area and a very nice rooftop bar, as well as an underground station.
Nothing - just pay attention, the bar closes early.

Location was excellent.
The hotel is working on improving its water systems. As a result they shut off all water at 11 pm (until 5) without any warning in advance. Coming back from dinner to my room at 11:15 pm I found a leaflet shoved under the door with a simple sorry for the inconvenience. So no shower after a long day, no washing hands and no toothbrush. Only after I called them they were quick to bring up some bottles of water to at least brush my teeth. If it was all an accident, you would understand. But is was planned maintenance. And they charged me the full rate. Discuss it with bookings, was their suggestion.
