The location is really good, near to two metro station with a lot of lines. The area is full of restaurants and nice shops. The personnel, specially Said, were really nice and attentive. The rooms are good.
Breakfast could be better. Not a lot of options.

the hotel's location is in the city center. there is a metro station very very close to the hotel. the staff is so smiley and helpful. beds are so comfortable (i have herniated disc). our room is a standart one, big enough for two people. breakfast is perfect, especially cheeses.
shoehorn, toilet brush, ear stick must be added. it is better to fill the fridge with some drinks.

Decent decor, great location and good selection of breakfast.
The customer service at reception was atrocious and housekeeping was extremely poor. On three separate occasions I’d spoken to front of house regarding my cousin’s birthday and requested a complimentary piece of cake and a glass of champagne to mark the special celebration. I wanted my cousin to feel super special but the staff failed to meet my request after they had agreed to provide this service. What made matters even worse was that we came back to an unclean room, no fresh towels, the bed wasn’t made and place was untidy. After feeling such disappointment the staff delivered two slices of cheese cake and a bottle of champagne, but for me the moment had passed and left me feeling upset that it even had to become an issue. For a reputable establishment like the Marriott hotel was shocking to say the least and will not be returning back again.

Excellent location, very close to the grand place and just a couple of steps from tons of restaurants and bars. Perfect place to setup for walking around all of Brussels. Great options at breakfast - in fact one of the best waffles we had was actually at breakfast in the buffet. The gym was well equipped and they had a few games at reception to keep us entertained as well.
The aircon would switch off automatically at night making it a uncomfortable in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was simply amazing: lots of options, everything was very tasty and the staff working in the restaurant couldn't be nicer. The lady that welcomes you and looks for your table, the waiters,... all great really. The the rooms... Super comfy beds and amazing shower. The only thing is that it would be great to have more channels in English that weren't news channels. I travelled for tourism though so didn't need much TV. The people are reception were also lovely and the location was great. Can't wait to go back to this hotel, a real treat.

I stayed here with my friends a few days ago and we really enjoyed our experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, with a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay.
What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming staff — everyone was kind, but a special thank-you to condierj who was especially helpful and supportive. Her assistance truly made a difference.
