Everything was perfect! The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is incredibly central—perfect for exploring Brussels on foot. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms on the top floor have a weird round window that is too high to look through .
Aldo the pictures show a walk-in shower, there was a bathtub with a very low sloped wall next to it that made showering uncomfortable.
One of the “clean” towels had red stains.

We booked this hotel for the second time, remembering how wonderful the breakfast was and it didn't disappoint. The location is good and the staff very friendly.
The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I found a bunch of cookie/break crumbs near the bedside table. It was enough to tell what food it had been... very disappointed with the cleaning. I called reception and they sent someone up to vacuum it up but I really just wanted to change rooms, they didn't offer.

Room is nice, location and parking.
Protests around the hotel, drunk people screaming at the streets, drug users everywhere, homeless people and trash everywhere. Brussels unfortunately is an ugly trash bin nowadays, not pleasant, not tasty. It doesn’t worth it to come here.

Location could not be better! The hotel is right in the middle of the best Square (very close to Grand Place) with lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, boutiques and beautiful old buildings to see. Easy to get cabs right outside the hotel and the Central station is an easy 10-minute walk. There is also a metro station right next to the hotel. The area feels very safe and stays busy till late at night.
You can walk to all the sights like Grand Place, Galleries Royales, Royal Palace, Mont des Arts, Mannekin-pis.
A special shout-out to the staff at the front desk who was super helpful with our requests!
If you like natural light, then please ask the hotel what room you are getting before you check-in. We were given a room on a higher floor and it had just a very tiny single window (felt closed like an interior cabin on a cruise ship). The staff was very kind to change the rooms for our entire family and moved us to much nicer rooms that looked into the main square.

Fabulous large room with all amenities you could want. We had stayed in nine other hotels across Europe before reaching this one and it had the best breakfast by far!!! So much choice!! Right in the heart of Brussels so easy to walk to all the highlights and restaurants.
