Location was amazing, right in the city center. The room was clean and spacious enough. We liked that there was a sofa, where we could sit and relax after a long day of walking in the city. Also even though the hotel was in a busy street, the sound insulation was perfect. The breakfast was exceptional
I didn't like the quality and size of towels. After shower towels were tiny and stayed damp after one use, so in the morning we had to reuse them which wasn't the nicest experience. Also it was a bit strange, that hotel doesn't provide essentials like toothbrush, hard hand soap, cotton swabs and extra towels

Location, front desk staff - great.
Breakfast is good.
We had a door between the rooms and there was absolutely no privacy, we could hear every sound from our neighbors. They were good and understood our mutual problem. We felt very uncomfortable.
The light turned off in the evening and turned on in the middle of the night- we slept very bad . There was no cleaning room one day , not even to empty garbage bins.

Great location right in the centre of town.
Lots of eateries in the local area.
Metro entrance right by the hotel.
Didn’t have quite the same feel I normally anticipate with a Marriott, but the feeling I got was good / perfectly fine.
Rooms of good size and basically what you would expect of a Marriott.
Building work next door, and looks like it will be for some time.
Towels are getting rather thin.
Breakfast area can get a bit crowded at times, but we never had a real problem.

Very convenient location.
At check out I was charged for my room when I had already prepaid through Booking.com. You took the moment instantly now I have to wait to get it back and it will be in euro and back in Australia. This is not good enough, more attention to detail by your check out staff would have avoided this.
