As a vegetarian, breakfast could have had more options but it was decent still. Location is amazing! Close to key attractions, restaurants and shopping.
Probably a one-off but fire alarm went off and since it was right next to our room, we weren't sure what's going on.

The room had a queen sized bed, a mezzanine with two single beds and a bathroom. The window was to the very beautiful inner garden, with a warmed pool and nice tress. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious to accommodate 4 persons usage. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. Excellent location, close to a metro station and around 20-30 min walk to most attractions.
The handrails of the mezzanine stairs were short (missing on the last step) and a bit shaky. The space upstairs was too short to accommodate two persons and their luggage. The build close to the garden was under renewals and we could smell a bit of ink.

Very well located, the only downside is if you arrive at like midnight it seems like it’s a dangerous alley, however, it’s not. Burger King and Zara are on the corner. Close to everything, many things are 10/15 mins walk, the street is filled with stores. The hold your baggage free of charge. Bed is firm and very comfortable. There is no Air Conditioned in the rooms, but you can open one part of the window and they have a small fan.

We booked the loft room and it was very comfy. House keeping comes in everyday to tidy up the room.
Be careful of the roof next to the main bed one of the us bumped our head really hard.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We arrived unexpectedly very very early in the morning and they gave us a clean room to sleep for the day (of course we were charged, at a very fair price), and prepared our reserved room earlier. Clean rooms, with enough space.
We forgot a bag when we left, and the staff helped us in arranging that another guest from the Netherlands took it for us; extra-ordinary. The pool was great, in a fantastic garden. There is a piano to play on, the vibe is modern, relaxed and charming. The location perfect. Good breakfast.
The room was in the attic and it was warm. But fans were provided. Still; up stairs in the 4-p room it was very hot for the kids. Air conditioning would have been better for the warmth, but on the other hand, this is better for the environment.

Great location, close to Grand Place, Sablon, museums, etc but also nice to be in what felt like a real neighbourhood with great local bars, brasseries, and bakeries. Family room was very spacious. Beds were incredibly comfortable, firm mattresses and good pillows too.
Towels were a bit thin but a minor point.

The swimming pool was a great place to refresh. The room had everything you need. Comfy and good for a citytrip
