A very good breakfast with so many options; staff people were nice and helpful. We like very much the location, since we were near city center and metro stations. Even we stayed in Brussels, we travelled one day to Bruges (by train) - excellent trip and visit!
At bathroom, they don't have a door at the shower space, so the floor got wet. We would like to spend more days in Brussels to explore the city a little bit more!!

Room was nice and very big. Even in bathroom we had shower and bathtub. Room was little different than we ordered but still enough high quality.
Streets around hotel were not enough clean. And we didn´t feel safe during walk.

The place has a beautiful aesthetic, the rooms and common areas are exceptionally spacious. It is exactly what you expect from the photos. Kind staff.
You might notice a bit of mold in a few spots, but it doesn't really affect the stay. Also, while the location is excellent, the small street in front of the hotel had that characteristic unpleasant smell you often encounter in big cities

Easy to find and in the city centre close to all kinds of shops the hotel room is spacious and super comfortable for Europe with a view of the garden and pool the ambience of the place is very appealing a stay here is worth it within walking distance to literally anywhere

Down a quiet street, yet very central. Easy walk to a number of nice restaurants. Plunge pool looked nice . Some of the staff very helpful and friendly
Some may like clean sheets and towels every day but it doesn’t feel very environmentally friendly. Limited choices in the bar and no evening meals.

Lovely peaceful hotel, pool is gorgeous. Staff were very pleasant, but I felt they may have needed one or two more as they were always quite busy so wait times were a little long. It was very clean and tidy throughout. The bedroom was a bit dated but it wasn't too bad. Bed was comfy. Take a firestick for the TV. Tea and coffee amenities weren't great, you need to take a spoon and bits.
The food and drink provided was very limited. The area outside wasn't particularly great, the strip of shops and the square with restaurants were great but beyond that it was a bit ropey and I felt a bit unsafe. That being said, getting a taxi from the hotel avoided this and the hotel itself was very friendly and nice.

There was a lovely view down into the garden from our room. The bed was comfortable. The window seat is a lovely addition.
The room seemed a bit dingy because of the brown walls. The lighting was stark. It could do with redecorating.
