Very updated hotel and restaurant. Both employees that helped me at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking right outside for a fee. Our room, bathroom, beds, etc were nice and clean. Beds were very comfy as well!

Good price, everything was clean in the room and bathroom.
Nice it has a locker room to leave your bag.
Great location for young people in a city break.
There is a great brunch nearby (1min walk) and also an Aldi.
Not dislike but: I would not recommend for families with small kids or people looking for luxury 5 star rooms.

The daily house cleaning, that’s great
Location. Too far for public transportation so expect to always take a taxi or take public transportation but expect a 10 minute walk or so to reach your destination
WIFI- felt like a third world country connection, on and off , on and off , or you even lost connection once in a while. You don’t expect wifi to be a problem in Belgium,but it is in this hotel unfortunately

Beautiful and comfortable room. I liked the decoration.
There was a book with a lot of useful information about places where you can eat (international food).
We stayed on sunday and the bar was closed but it was not a big deal because there were some places nearby. The location was perfect.

5 stars – Fun, Stylish, and Perfect for Families
JAMS Brussels was a fantastic find! The location is unbeatable—central and convenient for exploring the city. We stayed in a family room and absolutely loved the bunk beds, which were a big hit with the kids. The rooftop bar and pool were a great bonus—such a fun and relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The vibe of the hotel is modern and cool, but still very family-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern facilities, very clean and good location.
Worst internet connection that I have ever had in a hotel. The “solutions”‘didn’t work at all. Also, there is only one small lift/elevator available for 4 people, so be prepared to use the stairs every time.
