Beautiful and comfortable room. I liked the decoration.
There was a book with a lot of useful information about places where you can eat (international food).
We stayed on sunday and the bar was closed but it was not a big deal because there were some places nearby. The location was perfect.

5 stars – Fun, Stylish, and Perfect for Families
JAMS Brussels was a fantastic find! The location is unbeatable—central and convenient for exploring the city. We stayed in a family room and absolutely loved the bunk beds, which were a big hit with the kids. The rooftop bar and pool were a great bonus—such a fun and relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The vibe of the hotel is modern and cool, but still very family-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern facilities, very clean and good location.
Worst internet connection that I have ever had in a hotel. The “solutions”‘didn’t work at all. Also, there is only one small lift/elevator available for 4 people, so be prepared to use the stairs every time.

The location was very good, walking distance from the city centre. The staff was amiable, responded promptly to our requests and questions. The restaurant was also nice, even if very specific and, at least for us, an experience that can be done only once in a while.
The Hotel did not fully meet the expectations. The room was very tiny and, while well designed, it did not provide the comfort we were looking for. Two out of the three nights we were in the hotel, the fire alarm started late at night and lasted for quite some time. While we suppose someone was smoking in the room, we received no information on what was going on. The second time the alarm started, it was accompanied by some techno party happening in one of the rooms, with music so loud we could hear it very well in our room. In terms of facilities, the mattress in particular was quite difficult to sleep on, at least for someone used to a harder mattress. Sitting on it made it feel as if you were swallowed by it. We appreciated that there was an AC in the room, however we were quite disappointed that it was blowing very directly on the bed, which would've not been a problem if we could have the remote to turn it off. Unfortunately however, the remode was glued right under the AC, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use the AC at all. While these are small details, sorting them out would've really made the difference between a relaxing stay and one whose end we were wishing for very often.

It was a very nice room. The decor and aesthetics of the hotel were good. Being nice to an Aldi grocery store was a perk!
There is a great deal of ‘noise’ at night with the rooftop bar continuing into the streets. Since we were traveling as a family with our two daughters it was a little loud for us while sleeping.
