The bed was extremely comfortable.
There were 2 lifts, one was out of order. The other one had a mind of its own.
Location was a little further out of town centre and took 45 mins to walk. All up hill on the way back.

Disappointing
The location is a super cool area. There are premium products in the room. The decor is kind of shabby chic, which I quite like generally. The staff member who greeted me was very polite and welcoming.
I could not sleep until past 1am (on a weekday) because the bar seemed to be directly above my room (I stayed on the 4th floor). I could hear music, people laughing and chatting and walking over my ceiling, which seemed abnormally loud, considering I live in a block of flats normally. This was with both windows shut. The walls also seemed really thin because I could hear the couple next door doing everything they were doing. This is the kind of thing you expect in a budget place, but this was pricey, so I felt I might as well have paid half what I had.
Also, communication with the hotel was poor. I had asked about getting from the train station a week or so before arrival, and they just didn't reply. I also tried to contact them to ask for earplugs or a new room because of the noise, and nobody answered, even the next morning.
The sheets had a funny odour.
The lift is in the shabby chic style, which kind of freaked me out, and one of the lifts was out of service, which added to that nervousness! You want your lift to seem regularly maintained!
