Tiny door to enter the reception and rooms are little loud, you can hear almost everything

A very nice, cozy hotel. The pool is a nice touch, same goes for the rooftop bar. Room was clean and had a good amount of amenities - AC, hair dryer, kettle etc. Very nice and big bathroom with both the bathtub and a shower. Location was very good, you can walk to the center in 20-30 minutes. Great choice considering the price!
Some of the double beds are pretty small. We did have a room for six people, so I imagine this isn´t going to be a problem with the smaller rooms, but it did feel a little cramped for six people.

I have been here several times and the location is great.
Elevators never working properly, there is a general feeling the place is not clean. Staff could be more professional.

Beautiful and comfortable room. I liked the decoration.
There was a book with a lot of useful information about places where you can eat (international food).
We stayed on sunday and the bar was closed but it was not a big deal because there were some places nearby. The location was perfect.

Amazing location. Great value for money we were very lucky to have found this accommodation. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking space in safe courtyard enabled us to leave out bikes on the back of our van which was a huge bonus. We will definitely be back

The staff were friendly. They didn't go over and above but no complaints.
The wifi was absolutely garbage. I had to sit in the hall to get any sort of signal.
One elevator wasn't working and the other was extremely slow. The hotel was busy so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time. This is fine for my family because we are relatively fit, but some people may have access problems because of this.
