Wonderful
Very nice hotel in a beautiful district of Brussels. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel is well connected to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back.

Disappointing
The location wasn´t so far from city centre and tram station was in front of hotel.
The bathroom showed clear signs of age and could benefit from renovation. My room was located near the elevator, which resulted in significant noise throughout the stay. Additionally, there was considerable street noise. Given the overall experience, the nightly rate felt overpriced. I will consider alternative accommodations in this area for future visits.

It used to be a good place - the bed bugs experience ruined all good things.
BED BUGS!
Over 100 bed bug bites that led to an allergic reaction. My understanding was that they had an infestation on the entire 4th floor (at least).
The hotel gave me only a few days to obtain a reimbursement, which was impossible to do, as this was a work trip organised by a person who was off during those days. If you have a bed bug infestation in your hotel, you shouldn't be so inflexible with deadlines to at least reimburse the room (not to mention all other expenses - pharmacy products, cleaning products, clothes that had to be thrown away).

Pleasant
The staff was pleasant, the tram stop was just in front of the hotel, there were also grocery stores, restaurants close by.
I also appreciated that there was tea, coffee and water available in the lobby 24hrs for guests.
The heating in the room was not working, we complained and got directions but still couldn't get it to work. It finally worked on our last night there, I think the cleaning team fixed it.
Another thing is the buttons to the elevator when going from our room downstairs were hidden. I had to ask another guest to find it.
Breakfast didn't have a lot of options.
