very close to the expo and atomium, nice staff and good breakfast
airconditioning didnt function right thus room was a bit warm, but Windows can be opened so no real issue

Check-in staff was very helpful, courteous, and allowed us to check-in early. Breakfast was also good. Location was great as we were spending time at the Atomium and it was an easy walk from the hotel. Very nice restaurant called La Petite Fourchette a couple of blocks walk from the hotel, as well.
Air conditioning in the room didn't cool the room. When I raised this concern with front-desk staff, the lady told me the system was on a central controller and adjusting the in-room thermostat wouldn't work. No fans available either. She was rather dismissive.

The staff was helpful and very kind. It is located very close to ING arena and Atomium. Also close to good good shops.
The bathrooms NEED to have latches. It’s not fun trying to do your thing while all the time looking at the door thinking your kid can burst in anytime

Very well located for my customer. I walked in under 15 minutes. Good restaurant just along the road too. Can't fault it. Staff Very helpful.
Nothing although more vegan options would be good but staff sorted me with gluten free rolls for breakfast. Not the same but the effort was appreciated.

The hotel is super close to ING Arena and Atomium. Reachable by bus. Loved the breakfast, especially the eggs, waffles and pancakes. Staff is very nice. We will come back there soon!

went to a concert, great location for that. but it was expensive since we had to pay +18€ for breakfast on top of the room price, the room wasnt as clean as it should and there was silverfish bugs in the bathroom

we were going to a concert at the ING arena, so perfect proximity for us! while basic rooms, it was clean and made a good place to rest and relax especially after a long day of travelling/walking. i have no complaints as staff were lovely & very helpful and easy to find.
there wasn't really anything we didnt like, just struggled with the tv a little bit but thats a minor issue considering we were barely in the room. would've liked a little bit more space too, but again, minor issues.

Cobwebs on the ceiling and way overpriced .. 135,00 euro for one night in a dirty and old room with not even a water boiler .. alot of better and cheaper places to go
