Disappointing
The room was pretty big and I think it's for wheelchair guests, the bathroom didn't work properly (the shower water didn't go down through the pipe.

Exceptional
We had an excellent stay at ibis Brussels Centre Gare du Midi! The location is fantastic, just a one-minute walk from the train station and public transportation, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and extremely quick with check-in. The lobby was beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great hotel with an unbeatable location and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very Poor
the restaurant bar downstairs was good
the chair in the disability room was broken if you can believe that, and I fell, could have hurt bad. When I told the stuff about it, it didn’t seem like a big deal to them. I really doubt they’ll even fix it for the next guest.

Good
Just one night so I was in and out. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Loved accessibility too and nice little bar downstairs.
