Comfortable room, appropriately appointed. Comfortable bed with a large enough bathroom. Great breakfast (not much else in the neighborhood) with lots of choices.
Excellent location for the EuroStar train, but not the best area. Near the last medieval tower of the wall of Brussels (an interesting museum).

Location was good. Room was basic but good. Beds a little small but comfortable.
Front desk staff who checked is in was very nice. I went down to question the room we were in and the next person was extremely nasty. One of the restaurant staff was VERY nasty. Slammed things down. My husband ordered a beer the waiter put it on an empty table behind us pointed to it and walked away. It was strange to say the least.

Amazing location, right across the Midi station. Lots of choice for breakfast. I came to attend a concert (BTS) and the hotel was so welcoming to the fans. The lovely receptionist Victoria made my stay even more comfortable!
It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee making machine in the room.

Location was good, directly in front of train station, so it was practical to get into the city.
The surroundings of the hotel is not the greatest, a bit dirty and chaotic, but that’s the train station areas in general in Brussels.

This is the best hotel I stayed in Europe! Especially when the heatwaves hit. Every staff is so helpful and supportive, love here, definitely will come back again!

The location was great- right across from one of the main train stations in Brussels. All the staff I interacted with were lovely. The room was bigger than I had expected it to be and had plenty of outlets and lights. Also, I know the hotel was full (lots of fellow BTS Army concertgoers!) but I never heard our neighbors. I didn't have the breakfast, but the bar was comfortable for an after dinner drink.
The towels were very thin, and the shower drain was slow. For two people, it was hard to decide who would have the king bed and who would have the single, but we knew that was the situation when we booked and compromised. I wish there were more late night dinner options nearby, but lots of cafes were in the area.
