Clean, good sized twin room, good location, excellent breakfast.
Room 112 is at the top of the stairs on the landing and was very noisy when a few of young people decided to take photos with all the sparkly lights :-).

Good location. Nice looking building. No bar but good you can get a drink from reception.
The shower flooded due to a poor design. I had to spend lots of time clearing up all the water. Supposedly a known issue as they are upgrading the showers. Maybe good to mention it to guests. The hallways had a bit of an odd smell. There are no dead locks or safety chain catches on the room doors. Overhead another guest who had a first incident. Receptionist was not very helpful and then admitted their first aid kit needs restocking. If that had happened to me I would have hoped for some more help and assistance.
