The room itself was nice. The location was good with nearby bread shops and clothes shops. The staff were okay and were sort of helpful. Overall recommend to stay at this hotel.
There wasn't a fridge to store drinks and there was no bathtub. Though we didn't have the breakfast it was very pricey and same price for adults and children.

It is a pretty basic hotel, nothing special, the location is ok, it feels like they act a bit too pretentious for what they offer, but there wasn't any particular problem, it was clean.
The absence of the minifridge.

Big room with a terrace
A poorly constructed shower that leaked into the bathroom floor. The bathroom and then room that just smelled of drains. The room was for three, but there were only two chairs on the terrace, and two teacups in the room. We had both a sheet and a towel with a hole in.

Location was close to our target area. The facility is lovely! Room was spacious and very clean. Check in and out was efficient and easy, however the staff was not very friendly, particularly in comparison to the other facilities we stayed in during our vacation. That is the only reason we are not rating our stay at the highest level.

A beautifully decorated hotel in a convenient and quiet location. Very friendly staff. A gem.
Last minute communication with the hotel was a struggle (our train connection was severely delayed). The booking.com description did not say that there is a 24 hour reception (with very friendly staff).
The shower head was broken.
We both had three pillows but none of them was comfortable.

This was a beautiful hotel, in a great location. the Breakfast was fantastic and the room was comfortable.
The Shower seemed to have a drainage problem, and had a sewer smell everytime we came back to the room. (which you get used to once you are in the room)

Unique, beautifully decorated, very clean. Great location for exploring the city. Lovely breakfast, convenient parking under ground and secure.
Friendly staff. Would recommend and visit again.
It was particularly hot so air con in the room would have been great.
A little more storage in the room and a comfortable chair would have been welcome but certainly not a deal breaker!

I liked the beauty and details put in the decor of the room. I also liked how comfy the beds were and the free water, candy and fruit were greatly appreciated. Easy to walk and felt safe at all times of the day.
On our final day, there was a whiff of funky odour coming in through the vents across the entire property. It was very foul but I imagine it was caused by the rain falling outside.

Air com was very noisy and disturbing throughout the night.
Pillows were not comfortable.
Specific instructions were give from a day of booking and none followed.
Breakfast ( cold buffet) was very minimal and what they charge is not worth it.

the room was located on the ground floor on the street side and this was not mentioned in the room description on booking.com! noise from car traffic and safety reasons did not allow us to open the windows, the shower was not funtional at all!
