Wonderful
I liked the beauty and details put in the decor of the room. I also liked how comfy the beds were and the free water, candy and fruit were greatly appreciated. Easy to walk and felt safe at all times of the day.
On our final day, there was a whiff of funky odour coming in through the vents across the entire property. It was very foul but I imagine it was caused by the rain falling outside.

Wonderful
Unique, beautifully decorated, very clean. Great location for exploring the city. Lovely breakfast, convenient parking under ground and secure. Friendly staff. Would recommend and visit again.
It was particularly hot so air on in the room would have been great. A little more storage in the room and a comfortable chair would have been welcome but certainly not a deal breaker!

Location was good
Air com was very noisy and disturbing throughout the night. Pillows were not comfortable. Specific instructions were give from a day of booking and none followed. Breakfast ( cold buffet) was very minimal and what they charge is not worth it.

the room was located on the ground floor on the street side and this was not mentioned in the room description on booking.com! noise from car traffic and safety reasons did not allow us to open the windows, the shower was not funtional at all!

My stay at the hotel was really good, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout. My room was spacious and clean and the decoration of the hotel really nice. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and bars.
The only negative aspect was the communication before my arrival. Due to a strike, I needed to extend my stay by one day, and I tried for three days to get in touch with the hotel.

The property is excellently renovated and designed. One of the nicest interiors and architectures I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Normally I only stay at 5 star luxury hotels, but I thought I’d go off the norm and book a familiar hotel (Scandinavian inspired and decorated). And it was as if being back home in Denmark. One of the nicest and most comfortable stays. Everything from the assistance from the staff, I’ve had a sports injury to my shoulder yet came with 3 heavy luggages. They understood immediately and helped me to the greatest effort. Everything is 10/10, and probably one of the most recommendable hotels in brussels, and especially if being near the city is a preference. Thank you for a super stay!

I liked the overall hotel and structure, the staff were friendly and the room was ok altho super small and no where to hang clothes if you travel for work thats a bit of an issue.
The bathroom in the middle of the room without window and with a glass door not ideal. Also no wardrobe or hangers!

We came back because we felt very comfortable last year. Very cosy hotel in a peaceful part of Brussel.
Reservation of my colleague who did the booking at the same time as the rest of our group did not reach the hotel. When we came, the hotel had no information about her registration although she received the confirmation by e-mail. The hotel was completely full, so she shared the room with me. It was OK, but I wander what would happen if she travelled alone.

Comfortable beds, big bathroom, tall ceilings and a small balcony.
Window was open in bathroom and couldn't shut so asked at desk but not sorted; think maybe broken. On plus side this provided ventilation to room which was very hot due to heat wave, but also noisy which isnt ideal. Toilet hot and miss. Flush not working sometimes (water running through),

We had specific dietary requirements, and the staff happily met our requirements. The breakfasts were very good. I am very grateful. The room was cleaned well and the location was excellent in terms of public transport and shops.

very nice interior, pictures were very realistic, location excellent if you want to visit more "hip" areas like Ixelles.
- beds not very good - very loud house party across the street close to our room, thought it was a quiet street, not a commerical or entertainment area. - no air conditioning which was hard as it was a hot night. Opening the windows was not evident, because of the noise in the street.
