Breakfast was good
Reception on arrival was lacklustre
Reserved parking but none available. Had to park away, staff did not offer to help with and hold our luggage whilst we found alternative parking. It was necessary to drag luggage from blocks away. Not easy when you are over 80 years old
Room service done was bare minimum
Tea coffee supplies not topped up

Perfect location in the Ixelles neighborhood, and the other central areas. Comfortable room, amenities. Friendly staff at the front desk, helpful .
We had to change our reservation and it was a bit of a hassle although it worked out in the end.
