Cleaning was very good. Location was safe. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was good.
There was no mini bar at the room. There was a very bad smell from the entrance towards the reception.

Great location, very easy to reach by Metro, bus, tram, as well as by foot. Good breakfast, good rooms, good temperature all around the hote.
Nice people at the reception and breakfast too, and before the trip I had to contact them with several questions and they replied fast and very kindly - would totally recommend and I'd try to book again in my next stay in Brussels

No capacity to control AC in the room.
No proper armoire in the room, very little office, no laptop could fit on it especially with the coffe tray on it as well, very small night stands. Minimal 3 star room.

Wonderful
This hotel offers excellent value for money. It is affordable, very clean, and well-maintained. The entire hotel has been fully renovated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, even in the middle of the night. I would definitely stay here again.
The underground parking garage is very narrow, making it quite difficult to maneuver, especially with a larger car. In addition, the €20 overnight parking fee is rather expensive. We also missed having air conditioning, particularly during these very hot days.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean and aesthetically lovely. The cleaning staff were all very friendly and the rooms were very well taken care of.
We would have chosen a different location had we known how noisy the area would be. We are generally not bothered by street noise, but there were excessive numbers of cars speeding down the street throughout the night. While the windows were very soundproof when closed, it was necessary to keep them open for airflow, which made the noise extremely disruptive.
We were aware that the room did not have air conditioning, but unexpectedly there was a heatwave during our stay. I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide fans for guest rooms. Of the three front desk staff members I spoke with, only one was polite and tried to be accommodating. He provided us with water and explained that the hotel's two available fans were already being used in other rooms. The other two staff members were not particularly friendly and insisted there was central air, which was clearly not the case.
I would not recommend staying here during hot weather unless you are comfortable without air conditioning in very hot weather or adequate room ventilation.

The family suite was very spacious, so clean and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed another night.
We chose to walk from Brussels Midi train station and we should have taken a taxi. That was our poor choice. So maybe I would say the location.

Clean, very nice staff, center of town.
Bathroom shower has a sewer smell and the shower door did not seal properly as water flooded the floor each time we showered.

Comfy bed, beautiful decoration, and a great location near the city center.
At the reception, there were apples and lemon water for refreshment.
We also received two bottles of water and some complimentary snacks in the room.

Friendly staff, good location, modern and clean.
Bag storage facility post room exit sometimes not available dependent on space availability. Bags can be left behind reception desk in hallway which isn’t always the safest place.
