I had booked a family room specifically so we could stay together during our family holiday. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no family rooms were available and that we would instead have to stay in two separate rooms.
This was extremely distressing and completely undermined the purpose of the trip, which was to spend quality time together as a family. Being separated into different rooms caused significant inconvenience, disappointment, and stress, and ultimately ruined what was meant to be a special family vacation.

Not much
No glasses in the room couldn't poor myself a drink of water. Cold room cheap camp beds, Room I stayed in looked nothing like the pictures. in fact on bookings it is advertised as a hotel but it is in fact a teenagers hostel and very basic and full of kids. I wouldn't have minded but it wasn't particularly cheap. Very disappointing you are advised to avoid.

No lockers for bags or anything someone can easily steal you , the reception desk was very rude in your stay you may receive house keeping come to kick you out it’s awful I will never go back there again

Nice, decently sized room. Hotel is 7 min walk from Gare Nord - North train station of the city, with easy access to premetro (underground tram) and train services. Walking distance from big companies hqs in business district. Very nice garden and lobby area with fairly priced bar.
Upmarket hostel primarily used by large groups (of students), thus very loud. Located in sketchy area around North train station, very close to city's Red Light district. Luckily, police station is just around the corner.
Extremely long wait for check-in. Very high prices in lobby shop - small bottle of water costs 4 euros!!! Complicated online ordering of room cleaning service that then does not happen. After complaint to the reception - it still did not happen, for 3 days in a row. Offered 4 (soft) drinks in hotel bar as a compensation

The location was very practical, near the north station in Brussels and near my meeting venue! The room was ok and the wifi was also good enough, so that I could do some online meetings. Personnel at the recpetion was ready to help in any issue I have faced and were very friendly. I would choose this hotel again, once the meeting venue is again nearby.
The only issue that I had faced was that I requested for a cleaning one day before, the lady at the reception desk noted it down, but the room was not cleaned the day after! The reception desk provided me with new fresh towels instead.

Cheap. Bar served nice Drinks. Breakfast was nice. Wish there was more available for vegans.
Quiet time from 10pm was not adhered too. It was like a youth hostel. Children running everywhere until nearly 2am. The bar advertises food but when asked was told food was only for the school trips. No tea and coffee in room.. there is a mini shop but everything was expensive. I went to market around the corner and stocked up my water from there.
