During my stay, I was disturbed by continuous dog barking in next room on the first two nights, which prevented me from sleeping. On the third night, an unknown person attempted to enter our room around 1:25 AM, causing fear and serious concerns about hotel security

It's in a good location, doesn't look like a hostel clean area, groceestores nearby also public transport. Good value for the people with family

The price
The check in was very slow, with the staff overwhelmed and this was at around 8 pm. The staff were super nice however I was assigned a room that was already occupied and had to wait another 20 mins as it seems like the hotel was over booked.

The breakfast was good!
Our room was dirty. The bed linen has a blood streak and the toilet bowl stinks with traces of urine.

We booked a room for 1 night ,we arrived at the hotel around 16⁴⁵ ,we checked in and paid, The room was not ready,was very messy and cold.Also the lobby area is messy and the couches were full of stains and hair..
The staff is not at a normal standard ,zero communication and had a superior attitude. We were put to hold for more then 1 hour, for them to clean the room and resolve some "technical problems ".
We asked to be refund and cancel the reservation....No success here!
I would not recommend this Hotel.

Location is close to the Northern station and is especially good if you're arriving in Brussels by bus.
It's an unhappy cross between a hostel and a hotel, meaning that if you're staying here expecting a full standard hotel experience, you'll be a little disappointed. The place is full of students who tend to make a lot of noise at night, who I'm assuming tend to stay in the communal rooms. The lobby downstairs also wasn't cleaned the night before or the morning after, meaning there was some crud on the tables from the last night's festivities. The lobby also wasn't generally well lit, and one of the lights was flickering, which was annoying. Not the best place to work or to wait for a train the next morning. I only booked here because the conference that I was attended changed their schedule last minute, meaning I had to book an additional night last-minute on the front end of my trip. I'd say the price and location were the best things about this place. The overall quality of the stay is not so good for working people, in my opinion. The company also keep bombarding me with pushy promotions about their hotels. Frankly, I'm gonna try and avoid this company in the future, unless I find myself stuck in a tight spot again and needing a place to stay the week before. I guess they mainly cater to people stuck in sticky situations or very young clients/budget travelers who don't know better, since I would, again, not choose this place providing better options were available.

Location, very goos size room, cleaned and decent size bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was somewhat ok i think. Could be better with some hot foods?
The shower was broken, every time we had shower it was leaking through causing a flood in the bathroom. I did report it to reception to be fixed/repaired. During our stay, I kept asking for extra towel to stop the leak just so we can walk around. I hope they repair it for the next guest.

Good value - location, room size and quality. But if prices go up - I would consider other options unless quality is increased.
I stayed in this hotel before and before there was a fridge in the room. Now I booked a room, but the fridge space was empty. Not sure if it was broken and was taken for repare or removed at all, but quite disappointing because having a fridge was a very good advantage.

Hotel room was bigger that I was expecting. We didn't have any problem for the check-in even tho we were late for it. Location was perfect, almost walking distance to the center and all other touristic places. If you like to walk and not willing to use transport, this hotel's location is just perfect chose. Overall it was good for the price

The location is quite good, the stuff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is really nice!
There was a leak in the bathroom, whenever one takes a shower, the floor gets wet. We were 4 people, so in the end it was a little bit slippery. But the bathroom is big and nice.

Poor breakfast, absence of any glasses in the bathroom, and in the room. Very early check out - before 10 o'clock. I see such quick kick out of guest first time in my very intensive traveling life

It was the only place in all of Brussels where my card didn't work. They didn't give me any other way to pay, and it was my only card. I had to leave with my luggage to look for another hotel. They also charged me a fine for not having cancelled the reservation. A terrible experience (I'm speaking from experience).

Clean, nice room, safe
For some reason, it was the only place in all of Brussels where my card didn't work. They don't give you the option to pay in cash or any other solution. If you don't have another card, you have to leave with your luggage to find a solution, or in my case, another hotel.
