That location is near by 911 service headquarter and all along nights there was 911 services with noise. Can't sleep.

A decent location with a couple of places to dine just across the street, and night shops nearby. Relatively short walk to Gare du Nord station and the centre, not scary if you choose the correct route. 24/7 reception and bar. Excellent, hard bed and hot water pressure.
Returning to the hotel from work, I found other people living in my room and that all my personal belongings (clothing, charger, etc.) were gone. I got a new room, but nobody took responsibility or even provided me with a new toothbrush. I was directed from one staff member to another with no avail. Finally, the local manager conducted a search two days later after I wrote a complaint to the hotel headquarters in Berlin. Still, I did not get my things back. To add insult to the injury, the only compensation they offered was four free soft drinks at the bar.

The bed was good, solid, which I like. I could open the window, to let in fresh air. Not much noise in the room.
I liked the selfservice shop
Dirt and dust on the floor, shower was missing a curtain or screen, so bathroom was soaking. Hallways were dirty. Reception took almost an hour to give me the keycard (i was checked in online, but no bluetooth lock available), it was chaos at reception and dodgy figures hanging around.
Gave me a bad experience, I was not at ease at the place...
