I do not like anything and did not stay in the property. Requested a full refund but almost a week no one responded to my email or calls even.
Area is very unsafe, hotel is actually a hostel. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, guests have to request towel almost every day like baggers! Over heard a from guests waiting on the queue so many complains about the property.

The price and really friendly staff. The check-in is fast as long as you have filled out either the printed form or the online one. The breakfast was simple, but also nice.
Everything was slightly broken upon closer inspection, there was no power on our floor for about 3 hours during our stay and the rooms were about as clean as your friend's house; definitely not spotless, but the sheets were clean. A BIG minus (in my book) is that the payable parking garage is not mentioned on booking.com (it just says "parking available"). It's 25 EUR a day.

Our stay was disappointing. The extra bed for my son was not prepared at all. Not only was it not set up, but I was also told that I had to put the blanket and bedding on myself. The hotel is close to the Nord station, but the area around it feels unsafe. There is a strong unpleasant smell outside, many prostitutes in the streets, and people wandering around without any clear purpose. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for a family trip.

The location, the size of the room, reception staff. The hostel was huge (probably a hotel property that has been taken ocer and converted toa hostel). It was 8-10 minutes walk away from Brussels Nord train station. the city centre was about 15-20 minutes walk away.
The room didnt have a kettle or a fridge. each time we required hot water, we had to go down to the reception or the bar to get it. i stayed there 4 nights and a few times I was made to go to and fro between the reception and the bar, to get one glass of hot water to makemy morning tea. (adding a kettle for a security deposit) could elevate the experince for many guests.. The room was very noisy and we could hear children banging the doors and screaming around. One day, we were disturbed early morning by the sound of a machine that was brought in to remove some furniture waste. Our own room firnutre seemd old and tarnished and there was dust accumulation on the same.
