The location, the staff are very kind. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of town.
The add said that towels are extra but there are towels in the room. I bought towels but did not need them.

It seemed a nice place for the little tike we spent there
They had an overbooking problem, it happened not just to us but also to other people. Complete disorganisation: we received alternative rooms in a hotel nearby at 1 am (the night of the supposed booking). We waited for nearly 5 hours at night without having a place to sleep. We paid a month in advance and, even if they told us we would receive a full reimbursement, now they are telling us the refund is just for the ubers we took…

The location is convenient, however, the area near the train station can be unpleasant at night.

Very dog friendly and big rooms. There's a private garden which you can also access with your dog. On the other side of the street is a park with a playground for children, you can walk your dog there (on a leash), restaurants not even 3 minutes walk away, a medical center a couple of houses further down the road and the police offices, so you can rest assured that you are safe
We woke up at 7:30 am due to work that happened in the building and would have loved to be able to sleep a little longer.
I guess usually it is more quiet.

The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and it was possible to stay with a dog.
The room was dirty, except for the bed linen and towels, which were perfectly fine. Ants kept crawling into the bed from time to time, and there were also ants in the bathroom, which was not clean enough either, and the sink drained very slowly.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the furniture and overall interior looked as if they had not been changed for at least 50 years, and the window overlooked some kind of littered inner courtyard. For a couple of nights, it was the most acceptable option at this price, but I think next time I would rather pay more.

The room was reasonably spacious and generally clean.
The guest registration form asked for more information than seemed necessary, which was frustrating. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, the water temperature kept changing, the extra door lock did not work properly, and the key card failed once, forcing a trip downstairs. There was also a slight strange smell in the room, and some bathroom tiles were chipped, which made the place feel a bit worn.

Exceptional
Check in was relatively straightforward. Car parking on site was available (paid for at reasonable cost) Rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Within a ten minute walk from the metro so quite convenient for getting into Brussels centre.
