I've stayed here several times - I like the style of the place and the easy approach of the staff. It is convenient for gare du Midi and has good transport links to other parts of town.
I'd like to have had better coffee in the room. The two twin beds were too big for the room and made it hard to open the bathroom door.

It is a very small hotel and quirky. I was lucky, my room was away from the lift. So I think it depends where you are in the hotel
There was an issue with the curtains in my room as I had two French windows rather than normal windows. Every time I try to open them the curtain would pop out.

I loved my room, huge corner window facing back gardens, peaceful, cool decor, big comfy bed... pity I stayed one night only!
The rest of the hotel if quite dated, reception/ hall and staircase. Breakfast is not included and it did not look inviting

A very nice, clean, comfortable hotel, very good breakfast, ambient music from breakfast-wonderful, close to the city center-30 minutes, easy walk, very kind staff.

very welcoming staff on arrival. room was immaculate and spacious with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. toiletries provided in shower. Good wifi signal.
