I believe I saw “parking” as an amenity when I booked but that meant “street parking.”

The room was clean, and it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and is located in an excellent area, so you don't need to go to the city centre every time.

A spot in the bed sheet and a big spider in the bedroom! Bedroom size very small compared to my colleague’s ones (who payed the same as me). There was no one at 7am!

Room 22 was up the attic accessible with a lift. I don’t think there was a stairs going down from there so nonemergency exit?

Very nice hotel, Rooms were small but nice
Staff was very nice, but The manager promised to call me because I booked a triple and this was not available and we were given a double. Reception staff told me he would have let me know about reimbursement. He never wrote or called, never replied to my reminders which makes me think he is not a person you can rely on and I won’t recommend The hotel

Part of the package is with heater but the heater inside the room is not functioning. Pictures appear in booking.com does not represent the actual situation or misleading for marketing purposes only. Not equitable for the cost.
