1) the pillows were dirty 2) when I asked to change the pillows, the receptionist had to change it 4-5 times before it was completely clean.

An excellent choice within walking distance of the Midi railway station and the Grand Place in the other. Clean, well-appointed and with a welcoming and helpful staff. I'd recommend it and will stay again.
