Pleasant
Location and room size are excellent.
In our search for stays in Brussels, we had "Air Conditioning" as the main filter. However, the hotel had the AC on a 90 minute on/off cycle. So we'd only get 90 mins of AC then 90 mins of NO AC. This was very disappointing as it didnt keep the room cool long enough at all, so it was quite warm. They had this in place due to a past heatwave, however when we were there, there was no heatwave, so they could have easily turned it on 24/7. But frankly, I dont understand how a hotel with several stars could do such an idiotic move as to turn the ac off on cycles anyway.

Pleasant
The room size was great. The shower is pleasant with hot water. The location was good. The staff were kind enough to provide me the accommodation that I requested for.
The walk from train station to hotel wasn't pleasure. A lot of construction were going on, which make it difficult to navigating with large luggage and a lot of cobblestones. (20 minutes walk) The entrance of hotel has stairs so it is little difficult to lift large luggage without elevator even though inside of the hotel itself has elevator (kind of odd). I had to wait for like 25 minutes for someone to come up to desk to check me in. The breakfast was so-so.

Exceptional
Friendly Staff, very clean and neat room, new furniture , clean bathroom, Ac, a very very good room
The hotel is a 10-15 minutes walking to the train station which is not good if you have bags but it has nothing to do with the hotel... The hotel itself is very good we loved it there

Wonderful
he room was exactly as shown in the pictures. There is an elevator, although there are a few steps at the entrance. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest. The breakfast was enjoyable, with high-quality products. The location was very convenient for me, with the Annessens metro station less than five minutes away.
There were some ongoing renovations in the common areas, but they did not affect my stay or my rest at the hotel.

Good
Nice large room. Decent breakfast with good coffee. Walking distance station.
Signs of incomplete construction in hotel lobbly and dining areas. Room right next to reception, quite a bit of noise due to it. Had a second night at a different hotel and Brussels seems overpriced for what they offer in hotel rooms.

Wonderful
Nice large room, great staff, and central location
The gym was under renovation. Would have given a perfect 10 if the gym was operational.

Disappointing
Location is quite good but it is loud at night. It is clean, bathroom supplies are wonderful. It has windows.
The room was on the top floor and the smell in the bathroom was terrible at times. I went to ask the manager for another room but the hotel was full. We kept the windows open but something is wrong with the sewer. The beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were huge and hurt the neck.

Good
Location was great, staff very kind and room at the 4th floor silent. The room was big with a great working desk, which is important for me.
The hotel lobby was under reconstruction making the breakfast room noisy, no warnings while booking. But lucky those who will experince it newly renovated.

We found the staff exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help. The breakfast was very good, lots of options and you were never felt rushed to leave. A very lovely atmosphere.

Very nice and large room, comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower, in a great location. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful. There was some remodeling going on but it did not affect or bother us at all.

Wonderful
Very comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. The hotel is not too far from the train station and also fairly close to the city center. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
The hotel was going through some renovations. Other than that, the stay was great, the room was very comfortable and clean and the location was very good for somebody arriving by train who also wanted to be a short walk away from the city center and the staff made us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

The location is great and the price was very reasonable. Room was big and comfortable.
The hotel is still a work-in-progress, a construction site. The common areas are still messy and the breakfast room is tiny and dark. Thought the hotel is being renovated, towels feel quite old already

Very Good
Room is large, as well as the bathroom. The windows open to allow external air to come in. Location is awesome ! Very close to the Brussels Midi train and metro station, close to the Grand-Place and Mannekin Pis. A lot of good walking distance restaurants like "La Caneva" (Italian) and "Le Roy d'Éspagne" (try the onion soup). The breakfast in the hotel is good but it is always the same food every day. The hotel is also close to many of the tourist points.
The hotel was under remodeling (FEB 26) and we had to use the emergency stairs to move from our room to the ground floor and to the breakfast place underground. We understand the situation, but the stairs were tight and specially difficult to move with luggage. Also the pillows were very hard and high, I asked the staff for a softer pillow but they said there wasn´t any. Therefore bring your own soft pillow. But the bed was comfortable. I wish BOOKING or the HOTEL had warned me about the remodeling of the hotel before (and not two days of the arrival date).

Exceptional
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The conditions were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very good for the quality offered. The location is great, within walking distance of the city center and close to public transportation, which makes getting around very easy. I would definitely recommend it.
