Simple & enough for a quick stay. Stayed 2 nights for a one day visit to Brussels. Out most of day so only really there at night to sleep. Close to airport, so convenient in that regards. Not a far drive into city.
Parking is included, but construction was being done so had to park on street, as per staff. Although I did find parking in street, I believe it’s vital hotels disclose this information to clients. I picked this hotel mostly because of having parking, which I needed. Had there not been parking in street, this would have caused a big problem.

We needed a 1 night stay for traveling through Brussles airport. The room was of good size, clean and the staf was very helpfull. The location of the hotel was also good.
But one of the 3 beds was really hard and not comfortable to sleep on. My daughter was first sleeping on that bed, but she explained that she could not sleep. So I slept on tha bed, or I lay down on thj ebed but did not sleep at all. It was a really hard bed.In addition, the rooms are really noisy, so we could hear alll the converstaions next door and in the hall.

The hotel isn’t really as close to the airport as one would expect and no easy means of public transport or shuttle available. The room had a strong cigarette smoke, so they offered us another room at the second floor. No lift and nobody could help with our heavy luggage. In that room we found dirty clothes in the cupboard (man’s pants and jacket). The room wasn’t very clean also and there was only one towel. The extra towel we received had some kind of sticky material all over it. The shower head was broken. When I put it on the water spread in my face. However staff was friendly and helpful. They told us that a pillow had broken in the washing machine and they offered us a free breakfast. We had booked 2 nights but I decided to check out after the first night. I talked to the manager who didn’t seem to believe me and wasn’t friendly at all. No compensation was possible for the day/night we decided not to use.

Pillow and bed uncomfortable, room on a ground floor with a lot of noise and could hear all the doors banging, people talking…Also people smoking outside and the smell got inside my room.

The location close to the airport.
The stuff manager guy not so nice, actually very rude when I went up to to front desk ask why the room give to me is different than the one I booked, he basically don’t let me talk, he talk much louder than me tried to silence me, we were only there for one night stay for the next day’s flight, so I gave up the not so nice conservation with him. The other stuff was ok. Try to bring water from nearby convenience store as they charge 3.5 euro for a small (500cc) bottle, highly doubt can they charge so high, as when we were in Paris and London hotel we paid much less for a small bottle water. The bed is not very comfortable , the water pressure is not so good, need wait over 5 minutes for the water turn hot, it’s very wasting! The AC is not adequate so they have fan in the room to supplement .

It was close to my office, so I could walk there easily. It was very quiet at night. The staff is polite and works 24/7. They offer a pretty standard breakfast. There are local restaurants and bars nearby where Dutch-speaking people spend their free time. It's nice to immerse yourself in this atmosphere, which is quite different from what you might experience in Brussels, which is only 20 minutes away.
There's no free water, and I was told this is common in Belgium. This could be an opportunity for them to stand out, as I believe free water is a must. Also, I would have liked the option to make some tea, but there are no teapots or water coolers available. The pillows are quite big and hard for my taste. When I checked in, I found that the air conditioner was running with the window open. The place is pretty far away from everything (but Ikea). There's a bus to Brussels that runs every 30 minutes, and Uber costs €25-€30 to the city center. Even though it has "Airport" in its name, it's about 2 kilometers away. That location is not worth the price.

Comfort with air conditioning during summer
The alarm goes off the middle of the night, it was a false alarm and interrupted our sleeping, we had an early flight the next morning. No elevator but OK for one night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious—perfect for three people. It offered great value for the price. There's also an Indian restaurant nearby, which was a big plus. The hotel management was extremely friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. Parking is also available free of cost.

Wonderful
Breakfast was fine, and the location was near where I had to spend the day. Very easy to get around. And after being on my feet all day, the bathtub was heaven!!!
The TV selection could be better. I find it uncool to pay a lot of money for a room, and have only a limited number of channels to watch!! NOT NICE!!!
