Location and cleaniness. Perfect place for living in city area in budget.
Train station and tram station and local market handy.
Finding hotel enterannce was bit messy. Took us 10 min to find exact entrance. Must add continuous arrow from closed gate.. also need to add details in English. Visitors don't know always local language.
For room,
Please put at least kettle and cups and basic coffee and tea items in room. Nothing was there.
Lift is small and needs to wait for long but understand work is going on.

Aside of location there was nothing to like about this property.
I booked Hotel Siru property for 1 night stay with my family including 4yr old and even then I was made allocated a room that was to be used during fire emergency situation. Air conditioning was non functioning, when I mentioned it to the staff, they said, you can open the window in worse case. TV is not a smart tv. I was said, I can cast TV through my phone but TV in the room was not getting connected to WIFI. If you are staying for more than 24hrs, you have to signup to use unlimited wifi. No water bottle in the room. Worth to mention, elevator allowed to use for customers is super small, very slow whereas elevator for staff is high speed.

Well-located and close to public transport.
A single (slow) small elevator for all the guests made going up and down quite an adventure. The building/rooms are not really accessible should I need a wheelchair. The room is extremely small, with very little space to walk around (bed occupies most of the space); as a person that likes to do some exercises/stretching in the room, this was simply not possible.

Nothing awful rude staff
The area is not safe as I was robbed at 16:00 while walking from Brussels Noord Station to the Hotel.....clothing ripped thankfully nothing taking .....and when I sad to the hotel manager what had happened.....his reply was......its not my problem.....and because I argued with him over it ... he then says my stay is now cancelled.......so I had to stay somewhere else ...... so never again..

The room was not properly maintained: there was a dirty coffee cup upon arrival that remained there throughout the entire stay. Housekeeping was never provided, the air conditioning did not work, and there was no staff available at the entrance during early mornings or late evenings. Overall, a disappointing experience.
