Comfy room. Convenient location next to metro and train station. Friendly staff
Free coffee would have been a plus, I think it costs almost nothing and it is a good way to keep guests happy. Works in elevator were definitely not convenient

The location is in the city center. The breakfast was good with fresh products. The AC was working properly.

There was a reconstruction activities in the hotel. The dust from the corridor entered into the room. I wish there were a kettle for hot water in the room.

The room was located close to the elevator, and since there’s only one elevator for all the guests, we could hear all the noise from it and from people using it at all times. We also didn’t like the fact that the TV is “locked” to the hotel’s system — we couldn’t use the smart features of the Samsung TV. If you’re like us and bring your own device, like an Apple TV or Google Chromecast, the only solution was to unplug the HDMI cable from the hotel system at the back of the TV and connect ours. And because the hotel doesn’t have a simple Wi-Fi network (it asks for your email through a captive portal), you can’t use it with a Google Chromecast. You need to use your mobile data and create a hotspot instead. Also, the pillows and the mattress are not comfortable.

Great location close to public transport. Renewed rooms. Shops and restaurants around. Amazing breakfast I chose the hotel second time!
There was a bed over the bed and I hit my head several times and I am not too tall.

The locatin of the hotel was amazing, The hotel is in front of the metro station "Rogier" and less than 5 minutes walk from the Brussel-North railway station. The room we booked was superb in terms of confort. Simple, but well-organised. The bathroom was cool too, especially the bathroom mirror, my wife loved it!
The lift was not too confortable. It was small and appears to be historicall as the speed was quite interesting (Slow). But overall, the facility was good and the entrance was cool too.

the awesome staff! every single one! gracious management. front desk efficient, friendly, professional and they care! maintenance and housekeeping team keep things working, immaculate. nice linens. love the history of the property. appreciated the security. the lovely breakfast service. great fitness center w terrific equipment. cows in the lobby (gotta see for yourself). and add to all that, great rate! i was in htl siru for one month, husband in nearby hospital after accident. htl siru was my home and family (tears as i type). every day “how is your husband doing? how are you? what do you need?” enjoyed the cool architecture of place rogier. easy walk to markets, major shopping streets, grand place, cool little restaurants, city2 mall. weather was quite warm so loved walking in cool green jardin botanique. home now, telling friends about the kindness of brussels and htl siru friends. merci.
